I don’t believe 5 stars should be awarded for a business satisfactorily meeting an expectation. In my eyes, such a performance defines a 3 star. That being said, our experience with AAA Bonds was so extraordinary a 5 Star almost feels patronizing. Not only did they exceed every expectation, they left us speechless with the swift turnaround on our requests and had our loved one out of Dakaota County within hours. Needless to say we were rather frazzled as we called anyone we could to help us. AAA was the only bondsman in the area who answered the phone professionally (literally two others answered “Yeah?”) and seemed to understand our frantic demeanor. Carol was assigned to our case and made herself immediately available. She was able to explain the situation and the process she was initiating while keeping spirits high with her witty jokes (all of which provided immense comfort to us as this was our first time dealing with the judicial system). Knowing they have someone with such a rare combination of compassion and audacity on the team only further solidifies my confidence with them.In less words: AAA Bonds is absolutely phenomenal and comes with my highest recommendation! Although I hope to never require their services again, I will happily contact them if our family finds ourself in this situation in the future.Thank you again to Carol and the rest of the team!
