We are working with Adam as a buyer and we are very disappointed. He didn't acknowledge that he received our offer, failed to respond to questions once the offer was accepted. He made an error on the listing and ignored any communication regarding it but fixed the listing immediately. We still need some information to insure the property. It's been 4 days and once again radio silence. Very unprofessional. He is taking the joy from what should be a very happy experience.Adam I'm well aware you are not my agent and represented the sellers. It doesn't change my review.

Adam was so helpful, both with the purchase of my first home way back in 2012, and with the purchase of our current home. We purchased in January 2020 and sold my home privately at the same time, but 6 weeks before closing the sale fell through! During the beginning of covid! Adam saved the day by sending Sherri in to help stage and by getting it listed and sold as fast as possible.I'm so thankful to both and the whole team for getting my house sold as fast as they could in such a crazy time! Highly recommend!

Adam had beautiful colour brochures for the open house and the drone presentation over the home and property was spectacular to see on-line.
