They are very reliable, especially since there's no Uber in Moncton.Always get connected with them easily at various times during the day.Drivers are also friendly and punctual, never had a bad experience with them.Service is quick and great, overall pretty good service.

Awful dispatchers. I’m new to the area and wasn’t too sure where I was. I was reading signs to figure it out and the person on the phone disregarded me and hung up. Terrible terrible terrible service. If I could give 0 stars I would. The person from white cab helped me out, I’m so grateful for another cab company.

Air cab service is pretty good. All the quick cab sending service. answering phone call is very good.overall it's all good. Prices are not super high.Their app is not very good. Should work on app.

This review started to be a 3 rating but turned out to be a 5 star. Quick summary, picked up at airport, driven to location, paid by cc with a good tip, didn’t need a receipt, as I was leaving driver said card didn’t go through, so paid by cash. Later checked cc on line and saw pending charge and thought I was ripped off. Started to write a 3 star yesterday but thought I should wait until charge is posted. Well charge was reversed so kudos to all and hence 5 star rating!

Excellent and helpful dispatcher. Always a good ride. Only complaint is the amount of cologne all drivers use is difficult to handle in enclosed cab.

Car number 4 name imad, was super rude pyscho driver, don’t ever book your ride with him, I was coming back from work he took a long rout, and charged me 17.80 dollars, usually i pay 13-14 dollars for going to work , I wasn’t feeling safe in the car because he took a strange quite rout, He was super rude. I called the air cab customer representative, and they calculated the distance and told him to charge only 14 dollars, he denied and still made me pay 17.80 dollars, he said I dont care about the representative.

I have subsequently observed that few air cab drivers primarily take advantage of you when they identify you as a newcomer to the city by taking longer routes to increase their billing, even when the GPS displays otherwise.Technically, I have been taking notes on this study for a while. So the reason I am notifying you is for proper investigations.

Used this Taxi today. Extremely aggressive driving, 130 in 110 zone, 80 in 60 zones. Switching lanes agressively. Beeping at other cars driving the speed limit, making hand gestures, and complaining about other drivers. Arrived quickly, but would rather have been safer. Would not recommend, if you value your life.I did speak with Management and was assured they took these issues seriously. Hopefully that will help.
