I always loved A&W. Last 2 times I ordered my food was cold. Onion rings were burnt and half the batter missing. Service has gone downhill lately

Cleanest restaurant that far exceeds all others, and I do not mean only the A&W chains. The modern layout was impressive. The staff were all professional and cheerful, our meal delicious. If we lived closer we'd return and often.

We purchased food at a different location leaving Truro heading toward Sydney pulled over in new Glasgow to exchange a miss placed order and was told that they wouldn’t be handling thatCheryl Murray the manager made sure to check that it wasn’t her store that made the error and once confirmed she expressed that they wouldn’t honour their mistakeTHIS IS WHY you should choose franchised restaurants over independently owned ones. These ones are all about the $$ not the customer.

I ordered a single serving of fries. That's it. I watched the cooks (2) pump out a half dozen orders of fries and let them sit on the slide. 5 min they sat. So I asked if I can just have one of those and be on my way. Nope. Those are for other orders apparently. Another 4 minutes and I just walk out. 2 cooks 7 *cashiers* standing doing nothing. Talking so quietly and unengaged I can see the utter disappointment in all the people eating here. Definitely don't eat a this location. East river road is WAAAAY better. Avoid this one at all costs
