We were very happy with our experience with Rival Rooter. We had a back up in our perimeter drain which looked like it was going to be an expensive fix. The people at Rival Rooter came in a timely manner, Brad, who was the main person helping us, was super pleasant to deal with, and the team at Rival rooter ended up taking the extra effort to find a hidden drain access that allowed us to fix our problem in a much easier and cheaper way than we initially thought.

They are honest and their prices are very fair. I have used them on multiple occasions and they always come through! I like everything about this business. Rod, the owner, is an extremely customer -sensitive person who provides service beyond anyone's expectations. Rod takes complete responsibility for every aspect of whatever his company is taking on, and I could not be more pleased with the way he ensures everything is done, no matter how much extra effort it takes. Rival Rooter has done a hot water tank installation for me as an owner of a unit in a complex, and also does work for our strata itself. Rod/Rival Rooter define business excellence. Plumbing problems present stress to homeowners, and Rod has a calm way of taking care of all concerns, no matter how extreme. Rod/Rival Rooter earn every customer they have by extreme dedication and commitment.

Brad arrived on time and was able to resolve the issue confidently and effectively. Aside from being able to fix the original problem, he identified a broken cleanout cap on the property for an underground drain. He checked to make sure there was no debris blockage, removed the broken piece that was threaded in, and explained how to easily replace it. We're so thankful for Brad's conscientiousness because he no doubt saved us from an inconvenient and expensive drainage issue we would have had to deal with during the rainy season. We were happy to pay the bill and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or call again!
