Always the Best service at this location (Dougall Ave) , gr8 food ...Staff is very polite and cordial ... Prepare as per instructions... Never had any concerns ... Always crisp , tasty and fresh ... Fries are amazing ... Their burgers , dips and desserts particularly the new Kit Kat dessert...

I don't know why it's so hard to make food the way you punch in the order. Was charged for cheese and bacon and this is what I get. Plus waited 20 minutes for food that was in no way fresh. Then when I call to speak to someone I get hung up on. I can't even believe the terrible customer service I received. What a joke.

Worse burger and onion rings I have ever had. Wife went and got them and drove home with this garbage which they called food. Papa burger and onion rings were cold and they was nothing on the papa burger except one pickle. No ketchup mustard or mayonnaise. Onion rings were so crusty and well done they fell apart when you touched them. I use ro get these burgers faithfully and our children bought us certificates at Christmas before. I am 78 years old and I will never go our eat another piece of this garbage . Angry and dissatisfied.Sincerely Wayne

Great food all day. Breakfast is the best - real food. Skip the clown food. Deserves 5 stars but they need more staff.

Food is great, you can tell the meat is of great quality from the taste itself. Mainly like going there for their advertisements that claim they don't use any hormones etc. In the meat. This place is usually busy with slight wait times mainly because only two people work there (In the evening atleast). Overall quite happy with their food and service.

Overall bad experience. Used to love this location but lately has gone down. Today being the worst. First I ordered the new nuggets, paid and everything then they come out to tell me they don't have them and want to give me something else, I had to fight them to give me my money back and the girl had to call her boss to ask if she could (I got the money). Then, I got my food before my mom who had order before me and apparently her order had been sitting in the line just not being bagged. Got home with the rest of the food and it was awful, over cooked burgers thrown together and cold.

I ordered a Double Buddy Burger with cheese, w/no mayonnaise. I got a bun, two extremely dry old patties, dry cheese, and a spoonful of disgusting, burnt onions. That’s it. iIt almost made me sick to my stomach. When I went through the drive-through again to actually get a burger made in the last 10 minutes, I asked the drive thru employee to make sure that the onions weren’t burnt, and she said “unfortunately all of the onions are burnt at the moment.” Why was I knowingly served burnt food? I’m absolutely disgusted.

Here is why I am rating it 2 stars, before it used to be fast food you would order and get your food quick now they took my money and then telling me there is gonna be a wait. I have no problem with the wait but thats something I would like to know when I am ordering not when you take my money then tell me to go wait on the side, besides that I love A&W!

The fast food that you will come to eat when you come to Canada, it is very convenient and delicious, the price is reasonable, and the parking is convenient
