Shana is amazing! We had asked her to photograph so family photos for our little reunion. She is super fun and got us relaxed and laughing and having a blast within minutes.Getting the photos so quick after the session was a great surprise and all five of us love every photo!

My partner and I did a yassified cowboy shoot with Shana it was so fun! Shana is full of great ideas to hit different angles and backdrops to give you lots of variety in the photos she takes. She brings a light hearted a fun atmosphere to the shoot that melts the nerves of a shoot away and allowed us to just enjoy ourselves.Looking forward to working with her again sometime :)

Shana was a 10/10 experience for my fiancé and I from the moment I booked with her, to last minute changes due to weather, during our shoot, and most importantly - creating the image I had hoped to leave the session with. I now have the most glowy, beautiful, sunset laced photos to look back on thanks to Shana. She made the session super comfortable and easy going, which made it a breeze. I have had Shana photograph me on several occasions, both individual shoots as well as a couples shoot, and it's always a hoot! She is super fun to work with and keeps things lighthearted while still keeping the session on track. She uses several fun prompts to capture some awesome pictures.My favorite part is how the photos aren't staged. They are natural looking moments that I will treasure forever.Thanks again Shana for doing a fantastic job and delivering great photos!

Shana is an absolute gem and a talent who captured one of the most special times in my family's life! She was amazing to work with right from the start and sent us loads of concept ideas and did all the location scouting ahead of time. My 8-month pregnant belly really appreciated that :)I think my husband and I would have felt much more awkward having our photos taken under any other circumstance but Shana made us feel so comfortable. She really captured our personalities and our joy... and made us seem so much cooler than we actually are!

I was definitely nervous going into this photoshoot. As somebody who has many insecurities with my body, I am always hyper aware of it. However, Shana made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera, and made me look so good! She has such a friendly and empowering personality, and made me feel like a king. Good vibes and AMAZING time! Highly recommend Shana if you want some amazing shots!

Shana’s vision and creativity for the photoshoot really blew me away! The location she took me to was beautiful and you could tell she really put a lot of thought ahead of time into preparing for it all to go as smoothly as possible! She’s so lighthearted and funny which makes any awkwardness non-existent so I felt comfortable the entire time. I had so much fun getting my photos done and I received the finish images in such a timely matter! I was so happy with them I actually almost cried! They were so beautifully done and I feel like they captured my personality and style so well! Thank you Shana James Photography!
