I was really looking forward to my purchase, the brand seems really cool and the bag looked so cute in pictures (I got the black mini croc) but the quality is just not there.It’s really plasticky and light, and doesn’t have any sturdy weight to it. I totally get that it’s vegan leather but compared to the fake leather bags I have from popular contemporary designer brands, I don’t think it’ll hold up. It’s an ok bag but just not worth the cost. You could find the same quality at a mall for way cheaper, or much better quality at the same price point at designer outlets... surprised by the exclusively positive reviews and a bit disappointed in my purchase

I have a few purses, face masks and mask chains from Ai Seoul and their products are second to none. I love how everything is ethically made with high level materials and that everything is also beautiful. My kids won't wear any other masks! I also love supporting female entrepreneurs who also provide amazing client support. Would highly recommend this company

I ordered several masks and chains for myself and my daughter and they couldn’t be more perfect! Beautiful designs, quality material and fantastic fit. I opted for pickup and Joanna was super sweet and efficient when I arrived. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. I loved the items immediately and decided to buy a few extra as I was picking up. I purchased the esse bag earlier this year and absolutely love it, it's become by go to bag for everyday running around. Unfortunately at the beginning of September(the 3rd), after only a few months the button which keeps it closed popped off. I reached out to the team to see if there was any warranty or if I could even just drop it off to have it repaired.I was replied to quite quickly(within hours) with an offer to replace the bag which I was so grateful for.. but from there is when it all went south.Tiff came along and it took another two weeks for them to get back to me, which I understand, it's a busy time. So I followed up and they got back to me, but then that was it. I simply asked if they could please confirm the location and time to go by myself to pick up the new bag they offered.Since September 12th they have essentially completely ghosted me, and I still have a damaged bag which I can't really use anymore.To say the least I'm quite disappointed in this. I loved this bag and I did love the brand and had intended to purchase more but after this, it won't be happening.

I wanted to come on here to share my pleasant experience with my first Ai Toronto Seoul purchase. I came across their site on a whim and thought i was sick of wearing disposable masks & contributing to unnecessary environmental waste so i bought the “mask social” in black not expecting too much. Shortly after i placed the order i got a call from Joanna, one of the owners saying that there was an alternative and faster local delivery available and that i could receive my order sooner than with their regular shipping service as quoted on their site. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that and ecstatic that i could receive my order sooner so of course i opted for that. Might i add Joanna was incredibly sweet and very helpful on the phone, I would’ve never expected any brand owner to go out of their way to call and offer faster shipping, so i was already so happy with her customer service before even receiving my order. I got my order two days after i placed my order, and naturally i waited a bit before writing this review because i wanted to wear it around and post honestly. Although as soon as i felt the mask i could tell this was made with care and of very high quality. From the precise stitching (as pictured below) down to the soft texture and feel of the mask on my face. I have never worn such a comfortable mask in my life. Considering i wear glasses, it’s so hard to find a good comfortable mask that fits and doesn’t fog up my glasses like crazy. I’m overjoyed with my purchase and i can honestly say that this won’t be my last purchase from Ai Toronto Seoul. I already have my eyes on some of their other products! 10/10 will recommend to family and friends!

I bought the Cross X Belt Bag and mask and loved it!! They were both great quality and the bag is extremely sturdy which was a plus. I’ve gotten so many compliments on both of these products whenever I wore it to work or when going out. Amazing customer service and special shout out to Joanna who was responsive and very sweet! Definitely would recommend!:)

After hunting for a mens clutch for everyday use I came across ai Toronto Seoul! The customer care was perfection and the quality of the bag is incredible. I would definitely recommend!

I have purchased two bags from ai online, it's been a year and so far so good! the vegan leather held up even in the vancouver rain (not recommended)! I love the colors and the design. I wish they would re-stock some of the bags online, either than that I think they make great bags for everyday use.

I seldom leave reviews, but ai took my breath away with my first and certainly not the last order. Their vegan leather bags are of such great quality, and their customer service is certainly nothing short of excellent as well. I finally purchased the mini croc bag, and it's everything I wanted - stylish, affordable, yet great quality. If you're in the GTA and opt to not go for pick-up, shipping was super quick as well (2 days I believe). All the fine details, care, and dedication to their craft is easily seen, and I'll be happy to keep supporting ai with their great story of a mother and daughters-founded brand! Now I'm itching to get their tote bag I've seen in-person (it's just as gorgeous)!
