Don't rent here! Way over priced! Lacking customer service! Had nothing but problems with the billing right from the start. We were told an amount on the phone but it was different when we came in. We were told the automatic billing had been set up and then the next month were charged a late charge fee for not being paid! Credit was supposed to be applied the following month, but the amount wasn't right. After just a few months the rent had increased almost $100 with 2 weeks notice! New clients get the cheaper rate but current clients get an increase. How is that fair? What about loyalty? When I called about it, I was told it was in the contract that there would be a small price increase. That is not small to me!! He said the original amount was wrong to begin with. We asked to speak with a supervisor and were told someone would call us back. No one bothered to contact us. They weren't even considerate enough to do that! We just vacated our unit and will never use or recommend them. There are lots of better options out there. We're in a great storage place now for a lot less money!

I love how pleasant and helpful the lady who helped us in Kingsview branch this morning. She is so expert to her profession. The experience was great! Fast, efficient and very easy transaction from booking online, flexible in changing my move in date and everything is handled and settled electronically which is so cool!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We realized the original unit would not be enough space and we were able to upgrade right there on the spot! I would recommend StorageMart to my friends and family

I returned to Storage Mart this week after having a very good experience a year ago. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful with my contract.I would not hesitate to recommend this facility.

Easy rental, check in was quick, professional and Ryan did an excellent job showing me my unit, getting me access and making me feel comfortable with the process and facility.
