I went to buy Carrot & Organ juice in morning!! The girl made juice and then she realized that carrot juice Machine was not washed... she washed with few cup of waters and then she made juice again!! Since i drink that i got food poisoning.... be careful they are not cleaning their Machines properly.....

Have been starting a new work out regime. So thought I would look into healthy drink alternatives. Pulled up Booster Juice website so I could see what they carried, what was in each drink and the price. Hit their menu key on their website. 3 pictures of juices popped up. Absolutely nothing else, no drinks, contents, or prices.In this day and age especially with covid and delivery and they can’t over see and look at their site. I will not buy product here. And their competitors list everything on their menu down to oz and calories

My Boostee juice was realky good, but the longest wait ever. I think they need more tan 2 people working. I was where waiting food 25-30 minutes

Request Ocean Tide… “a blend of blueberries, passionfruit, guava, coconut and vanilla frozen yogurt” This is a secret item. You need to ask for it. Sooo good! Available at all locations.

The WORST customer service I EVER experienced. I placed an order 15 mins to close and then immediately called they were able to place my order and the booster juice person working there immediately gave me attitude and was like I’m not gonna be able to accept your order I’m off the clock I don’t have time to make this I have a store full of people ( THERE WAS ONE OTHER PERSON WHEN I ARRIVED) and proceeded to ask me if i can get a refund. I was like no it already charged through my credit card. After some back-and-forth he decided that he was going to make the order. I got to the store with one minute to close he was so rude with attitude basically slammed my smoothies on the counter and was like here you go BYE. I was gonna let go but then I thought you know why he was already giving me attitude from the beginning he wasn’t nice to begin With and I was being nice I was being genuine and I was just trying to say like OK you know what I get your going to close you want to get out of here but he just keep giving me attitude. I couldn’t even get a Word and then all the sudden it turned into a race issue because he was black and I am white and I am entitled as I’m listening to that him standing there yelling at me I will never go back to this location ever again and I want everybody to know that I was basically confronted about my skin colour called entitled because he didn’t want to do his job but that’s his job he works there

Wraps are delicious, however if they have none left in the cooler they will not make you one even if they have it in the fridge. They say they only make them in the morning. Even if they are not busy they will not do it. This has happened twice with people from my office who frequent there. No good for business.

Long waits and incredibly rude and condescending workers.

My favourite . Quick smoothies!! I come here all the time :)
