I've dealt with Alicia who is the Leasing Agent. She's always friendly and professional. She's helped place numerous clients and always actions any concerns in a timely manner.

Over the past 20 years some staff members may have come & gone, however the one thing that has never changed in my opinion is that whomever I dealt with at Luxor, they've always been extremely intuitive. Decisions aren't made lightly! They request many scenarios when contemplating projects and do this in the interest of the building owner. I find this refreshing and committed in a Management Company. Nobody wants or should pay more than the value they're receiving, however sometimes putting a structured plan in place becomes a much more cost-effective solution in the long term and kudos to Luxor Management for using this model.

I'm giving this five stars because of the management company not because of the building. As with all buildings they all need to be maintained and worked on and things happen that you have no control over.Luxor property management and their maintenance team has addressed any situation any issue and has provided me over the top customer service and understanding in my personal financial situation.Their patients is exceptional and I would recommend anyone to these individuals for a rental property.Thank you,

Great experience with Luxor maintaining our commercial office space!

Our company does most of the electrical maintenance for Luxor Management Inc. I've personally been lucky enough to experience both sides of things for such a prestigious company. From executing electrical repairs when I was in the field to working alongside the knowledgeable administrative staff now that I'm the Electrical Superintendent. I can confidently say this entire experience has been nothing short of an amazing display of organizational skills and professionalism at it's finest. The property managers are presentable, very understanding and eager to assist without hesitation. If you need your property managed, I strongly recommend Luxor Management Inc.

My experience with Luxor was excellent! The building was always clean, they were prompt to reply to emails and phone calls. They never mixed up banking and were able to work with me on the one occasion where I had a financial crunch.When the laundry room on the second floor had a water issue, it flooded my bathroom on a Saturday. I phoned in and received immediate response from their maintenance person, who was there within 30 minutes and who helped me turn off the water until he could get there.When I found a single cockroach in my unit, they had pest control there the next day. (It's an old building, I figure little bug boy was trying to get away from the cold).Everything about Luxor was prompt and professional, which I cannot say about the rental management company that has replaced them. I'm looking at moving at the end of my lease simply because the new rental management company the landlord replaced Luxor with is awful.

To be transparent, I used to work with Luxor at a building I managed. My (former) tenants and I were extremely happy with the Luxor team! Luxor has always been kind and courteous, and very responsive. If I couldn't get to a tenants complaint very quick, the property manager called me several times. The property manager has always been professional and listened to my concerns, and the concerns of my tenants.I would work for Luxor again, and I would definitely rent from Luxor!

This is the best Property Management company in Sudbury. They are professional to work with and always action any concerns in a very timely manner. I highly recommend using this company if you are searching for rental accommodations in Sudbury
