I have been debating about writing this review but have decided it is important for healthcare workers to know that it takes minimum 4 weeks or even longer to receive scrubs, and if you need them sooner, I would advise you to shop elsewhere. In addition to lengthy wait times with no follow-up for weeks, I experienced a lot of difficulty with their customer service, having to call multiple times and send many e-mails to ask about my refunds being processed and taking over 1 month to receive it. The scrubs are good, but I would not personally order again due to the significant hassle of dealing with the customer service and would not recommend this company to others, unless they are able to hire more staff to be more on top of their services.

Just bought a lab coat for my wife today morning at 10:40am. I was not sure if i should buy from them based on the 3.7 ratings but when i checked the review dates those lower scores were years back and thus i gave it a try and hola! an amazing customer service by the lady at the front and was super happy that we went there. Would highly recommend them. Rates were reasonable too.

Made several purchases online, and they arrived fast, items were as described. Also, visited the store in person very good selection of different brands, stuff is very helpful and friendly. A lot of scrubs on clearance. Will definitely come back and recommend this store for scrubs.

I will not ordering from here online again. Maybe I will shop at the store in missisauga when it reopens, but I can't rely on shipping. It took 3 weeks to receive any update on my order only after trying to contact them for 1 week. I understand things are difficult right now due to the pandemic, but even an automated email or clear notes on the website stating they are 3-4 weeks behind on filling orders would have been much appreciated. I am only changing the review to 3 stars because I have ordered 3 times in the past with no problems.

Great scrubs! They got a lot of selection of styles, colors, and brands. Comfy and good quality too! Plus, the staff both im Mississauga and Toronto were nice and very helpful. Will surely recommend this to my friends and will grab more scrubs soon.

I bought beautiful green scrubs from here . Excellent material .Let me know if you are selling white coats and if you are open to try one or two quickly ?I am serious and have an exam, I already bought one online from amazon for almost 80 and it was bad , large and bad material .so will never buy a coat online again. If u r open let me knowUpdate;I bought two white lab coats , prices were OK and cheaper than amazonGreys anatomy BarcoDo not buy from amazon , they will not send you your correct size and will return it to amazonThis guy is better than amazon prices plus no 30 day waiting time, shipping fees , custom fees and BS fees on amazon
