A most amazing experience for our family while navigating an adult autism diagnosis. The staff are extremely compassionate and clearly experts in their field. The process was validating and supportive from start to finish. Very thankful to have been referred to Manor Clinic!

My son see’s Dr Thacker on a regular basis. His care, kindness and expertise has been exceptional throughout our journey with adult autism. He has been extremely responsive to our needs at the most difficult times. We are very grateful to have Dr Thacker and the entire team in our corner. The Manor is unlike any other Dr office I have been to. The grounds and facility are beautiful and peaceful. You certainly feel a sense of calm come over you when you enter the front gate. Manor Clinic promotes a calm, welcoming and comfortable environment. The receptionists are kind and inviting. They ensure to answer all questions and are supportive when matching patients with the appropriate care providers. They are especially helpful at explaining benefits and payments.The doctors I have seen have all been professional, understanding and attentive. I am grateful that Manor Clinic was recommended to me.

I went in for an ADHD test and credit where credit is due I don't actually have any complaints, the front desk service was stellar they made sure I knew when my appointments were booked, alerted me if I could come in sooner, and were always courteous. The clinic itself was clean, and quiet. I got a great sense of privacy when speaking with the psychiatrists and didn't feel judged by any means. Yeah. Solid service. Only change I would make is adding some more art on the walls but that's just extra.Overall, it made getting help easy and that's all I needed.

My son was referred to the Manor Clinic and it was a great experience! Staff was pleasant, and our appointment was on time. The building is incredibly welcoming and comfortable to be in. The staff are very attentive and are willing to answer questions or provide guidance if needed. I took my son to see Dr. Thakker and found the Manor clinic very beautiful and welcoming. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. A very home like place. I spent a long time trying to find a clinic that could help with my psychiatry and psychology needs, then I finally found this diamond in the rough. From the start this place appears beautiful, the clinic is gorgeous with many windows that keeps the environment bright and welcoming. When being greeted by the front end staff, they were so kind and patient with all of my many questions and made me feel at home. I had my therapy appointment with Tanya, who is the most friendly, supportive psychologist I have ever met. Being in her office for 5 minutes, she quickly went from a stranger to someone I felt I could trust deeply. The lack of judgement is what stood out to me, as I have dealt with many psychologists who I felt were forming opinions on who I was. Tanya lets you talk, gives you time to think, and cares deeply for her clients. Secondly, I had my psychiatry appointment with Dr Thakker. I have had multiple experiences with different doctors and saying I was hesitant going into this appointment is an understatement. But instantly, he made me feel like I wasn't simply a patient he would see once and get paid for. He did something different...he cared. Not only did he suggest medication but he explained his thought process and answered my questions thoroughly. This clinic is truly one of a kind, one is lucky to be helped by these incredible people.

Love this place so much. Had a great experience with Tracy Pham and the assessment process was straightforward and the reception is so lovely. I highly recommendseeking any kind of support/assessment from here!!
