I ordered a stroller frame online when it was in stock, I waited a whole week and got no updates. I called 2 times in which they said they would be working on it soon and a second time where they would ship my order. I still got no updates. I called today and they told me it’s out of stock. Why do you have items available to order and then suddenly it’s out of Stock? You delayed my order by several days and now say it’s not available?

I placed an order for two items, on May 16, 2023. I didn't hear anything about the order until May 24th, which was an email saying they didn't have the items in stock and were giving me a PARTIAL refund. For items THEY had to cancel for their own error. I immediately emailed back and they did not respond. I had to call days later to have their scam resolved.I do not recommend this scummy company, or relying on their in stock" items to actually be in stock."

I had a problem with my stroller order and I had no news from active baby despite the messages I sent. I subsequently received EXCELLENT service from Poala. she called me, she did a quick follow-up by email. I received my stroller in less than two days after a month of waiting. I received a promo code and a wonderful gift for my baby. she has carefully chosen very beautiful and super soft clothes for your future baby. I am very satisfied with the service received from this company. I highly recommend you. thank you for everything .

The staff at Active Baby exceeded my expectations and provided me with exceptional assistance.Recently, I returned to the store to purchase a jogging stroller for my boyfriend, and once again, the staff went above and beyond to help me. They even assembled the stroller for me and carried it to my car, saving me the hassle of dealing with a box and a newborn at the same time.I highly recommend Active Baby to any new mom. Their staff is well-trained and knowledgeable about their products. I was impressed to learn that the staff member who assisted me had tested out all the jogging strollers herself, despite not having a child, just so she could provide relevant advice to customers. Their A+++ service also includes storing your receipt on file for easy returns. I cannot praise this store enough for their outstanding service.

We went in to the Langley location today (on a busy warehouse sale day) to look at some strollers and car seats. Joann took the time to show us how the strollers go together. What things to look for in different brands and tried the floor model in our car to make sure it would work and fit properly. Awesome customer service! Looking forward to using our new items with our newest family member when she arrives :)

I’ve shopped at Active Baby many times. Everyone is always so kind and willing to help me with any and all of the questions I have. With baby products, I definitely ask a lot! I love that some of the staff are able share their personal experiences with some of the products I’ve been interested in.I recently had an issue with a stroller I purchased. I wasn’t sure if they would be be able to help me but the ladies and their manager, Julie went above and beyond! I placed an online order and waited over one week to find out it wasn't available. I called a couple of days after the order was placed, they confirmed it was on the way. Second time called it was out of stock.The fact that I had to call up and find out myself makes me upset when I could've got it somewhere else faster.I wanted to give a try ordering here because they offered you a $10 coupon for first order but ended up wasting my time and energy. I should've ordered from Snuggle Bugz that never gave me such unpleasant service like this.Buyers be aware, they do not value your time, they don't even bother to call you to let you know the product isn't available.

Active Baby has become my go to place since I first found out I was pregnant. The Langley location’s staff is amazing and have helped me figure out exactly what I need to prepare for baby. You can skip all the big box stores, they have everything you need!!

The ladies at this store are great and so helpful! I recently went to their warehouse sale and they were so organized, only letting a certain amount of people in so the store wasn’t too packed. I love shopping here for all my baby needs!
