Not bad but far from great. Hard to get around with mobility issues, and not smaller crates for quick groceries

Wow: these reviews are horrifying!! My 3 experiences with this establishment over the years, however, have been QUITE pleasant. They have all kinds of equipment, and the prices are hard to beat!!! I think that one generally gets out of life what one puts into it - and the attitude of most of the people you meet, will depend significantly upon the attitude you treat and regard THEM with: if you treat everyone with basic levels of respect, are cheerful, not combatitive (sp, lol) and smile at them, 9+ out of 10 of the times you will be rewarded in kind. If you take the attitude that ANY amount of respect must be earned, and that everyone you do business with is mainly there to serve YOU, instead of just doing their job, which happens to include serving you, make demands instead or requests.... well, you're not going to get a stellar reception by everyone, to say the least.

They're decent and do a good job.

I use this photo service frequently for prints and cards. I’m surprised by bad reviews. I’ve found the staff to be friendly and helpful! The product is usually good if your photos are decent.

The first time I went the woman told me that she remembered printing my pictures but that they were not there and were likely given to someone else. The second time I went as I walked in the staff member told me she was going on break for an hour and left. Why have business hours if you are closed for an hour at a random time?! 2:40pm. Won't use this location again.

Worst place and worst customer service. Staff member was rude to me. Did not want to help at all. Horrible experience.

took a passport photo, got rejected and sent back to me. wasted time and money. the worst!

Ordered a canvas for my dad last week with some of his pictures from a golf trip. Canvas is crooked, the sides aren't matched up, so he'd have to hang it in a corner so no one sees the wood under it. The glue is letting go on all 4 sides. Got an email at 2 pm saying it was ready, picked up at 6, it was not ready. Whole photo center section looks like a bomb went off. So disorganized. They couldn't find the orders of the 2 customers in line ahead of me.

The staff is very unprofesional hot headed rude person.I made a mistake making my order but that does'nt meaning she should act like that towards me. She should handle the situation profesionally rather than raising her voice ranting at me.She is working in a customer interaction envirorment amf should have proper training for that to hanlde situations and issues regarding the work. The mosr rudest person i have ever met acting like she owns tue place.She should not work there if she can not handle people coming in.

Worst place and staff. Rude and unprofessional staff member working here. Says lunch time at 7:30 while store closes at 8.
