Staff is awesome. They even do follow ups to make sure your pet is doing well. Email remainders are also very helpful.

Saw a Tik Tok of one of your vet techs (Kara) poking fun of people who cannot afford their pets surgery, and people who end up putting their pets down. She had absolutely no empathy, and personally I find it very unprofessional and puts a bad name to this establishment. I am disappointed that this company supports such inappropriate behaviour online.

We bought a package from the Vets when we bought our Puppy. In this package , he was entitled to a free bath and nail grooming. Took out dog today to have this FREE service that we actually paid for in the package. Picked up our dog after they called 2.5 hrs later and his nails are trimmed but he most certainly has NOT had a bath. I did call back and was “reassured” he had a bath .. not sure what with. Certainly NOT WATER OR SOAP. He’s still dirty and does not have a clean smell. Not impressed and this is the last time going to this facility.

Several times I've been there and I have to say that I wish that they had it together a bit more. In my eyes it puts pets in jeopardy .lack of vets, dropped call backs, long wait times.Not everyone has a vehicle to drive to London or Windsor. Left me feeling helpless. Hopefully on my next visit this will have changed. Mr.kitty n my Dogo hope so too. Sorry guys, Google kept bugging me. X

We recently joined Wallaceburg Animal Hospital for the care of our two dogs. Because of the pandemic, I have not been able to meet Dr. Tracey but have had an opportunity to discuss the care of one of our dogs over the phone. I find the staff I have met and spoken to to be courteous, helpful and compassionate and never seem bothered or annoyed at the questions of a concerned pet owner. I am glad that I feel confident without even a face to face meeting that my two kids are in excellent hands.

Always appreciate the care that I received for my dog, however after a recent conversation regarding a missed appointment (something completely out of my control) and an undisclosed fee charged to my account they have lost a client. I’ve never missed an appointment before, and the managers complete lack of professionalism and understanding was actually a huge surprise. Perhaps if she didn’t take an attitude with me and handled things a little differently the result would have been completely different.

Almost made my mom cry, never will trust or use them again. Difficulty in taking new clients it seems when they're so full up that they can barely even see 'non-clients' for anything, at their whim.
