In short, my a**hole has never looked better! I highly recommend this location, and Monika is fantasticWAXING:Monika is the most professional and experienced wax-ologist that I've ever met. Despite me being any waxer's nightmare - super dark and thick hair, sweats like crazy, occasionally coming in with jogging rashes I didn't even know I had, sensitive eczema skin, etc. - Monika has given me the cleanest Brazilian I've ever seen. I drench the table in sweat and she's still somehow able to get all my thick hair off. She also walks me through the process, explaining each step and what will come next, and its very calming. Monika gives honest and helpful feedback about what products will work for my skin. I was skeptical at first since I have moderate eczema, but I haven't broken out into an eczema patch from any of our appointments. I highly recommend Monika and this location for their wonderful care, especially if you're nervous about Brazilians! You'll be in great hands.BOOKING:I find the booking service very straightforward. Their website is great to book on phone and browser, and easy to cancel if you're far enough in advance. If you have your number on file, you'll get an automated text to confirm or cancel your appointment two days in advance. I personally love the automated text messages, and it helps me remember and cancel if something came up last minute.PRICES:I don't have a lot of experience with different locations, but I find these prices to be reasonable. If you go for a monthly Brazilian like myself, it's slightly cheaper to get a monthly membership (for a minimum of 4 months). I went to two appointments without a membership, and on the second appointment the receptionist let me know about the cheaper option. I appreciate how upfront they are about pricing!LOCATION:The only slight downside is that they're further away from the highway if you're coming from out of Burlington, but its well worth the travel in my opinion. I live just down Appleby so I'm not bothered by it. You do have to watch out at peak times since the parking is a tad scarce right in front of the shop. However, they are in a big complex so you only have to walk a minute or two in the worst case. The inside is bright and very welcoming.

They're very fast, very clean, and decently priced. I'm not a regular but I made an appointment because I was working in the area. They were unable to wax my leg hair though unfortunately, because the hair wasn't long enough. Not their fault I guess! Super friendly staff and made me feel pretty comfortable

Monika is amazing! She makes the whole experience comfortable and is very thorough with each service. The front staff are also incredible, welcoming and make sure you get the best deal possible. Monika is amazing! The best waxing experience. She really takes the time to educate and explain and give honest, expert advice. I feel like I’m in such good hands!

I have been getting waxed for 12+ years, including many years at Waxon, and have never had an experience as good as with Monika. I came to this location by chance, and will now be a loyalist to Monika. Highly suggest.

Edit: spoke with the manager and she was extremely helpful and accommodating with my experience . We were able to resolve the issue . I’ve been to waxon before and will continue to. Thank you for your concern and reaching out to me . I appreciate it and felt like a valued customer .They cancelled my appt 2 hours before my appointment . I’m extremely disappointed because my vacation is tomorrow morning , now Im stressed finding a last minute wax appointment , this doesn’t help neither because I’m dealing with anxiety :( . They didn’t even help accommodate me and show me availabilities for a next location smh I’ll never book with you guys again. I guess because I’m a new customer and got 10% off they didn’t care .

Jennifer was super friendly and I absolutely loved her technique. Slightly different from the others I’ve had done but it worked and was actually less painful! Will definitely be requesting her in the future! Thanks so much!!

I do Brazilians (p) here and they are so patient with me. I'm a bit shy but they make sure I'm comfortable and ready before I go. Staff are all very knowledgeable about everything and answer every question I have. Also, their products are lifesavers!! I definitely recommend, and consider their membership too!
