I spoke to Bilal on the phone and explained that I was coming in for a third opinion as I was skeptical of the mechanics prior. Due to the inconsistency with the diagnostics I received from two different licensed mechanics I refrained from telling Bilal what I was informed to avoid the potential of being taken advantage of as It was my first time there. My skepticism was at an all time high but In short Bilal and Tom were attentive and diligent. They quoted me 400prior but did the service free of charge as it was a simple adjustment to what they had initially thought. Just to put it in perspective I was being quoted 2,500-3,000 from others who were attempting to take advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge while in retrospect Top Gear literally waived the fee they could have charged without me knowing. They solved my issue which was audibly evident upon arrival and nonexistent and running like a dream after my departure. Honest, timely and excellent service from Top Gear. I would recommend and shall continue to get any future work done with them.

Highly recommended! I finally found a reliable work shop and reasonable price for fixing my 2008 ML350. They have the best diagnostic system to diagnose my vehicle. Very friendly and helpful service. The owner is super knowledgeable about cars. My BMW broke down near Red Deer and was stuck in limbo for half a year. Bilal fixed it in a super reasonable time and at a really reasonable price. If my car ever breaks down out of town I would rather pay to tow it back to Top Gear than to repair it anywhere else.

Highly recommend Bilai to everyone, He is the owner of the Top gear auto workshop at the same time he is a professional Machanic, he do everything by himself. He is great with European cars. I have an Audi, which it recently has a lots of white smoke coming from exhaust pipe , I send it to other workshop and they couldn’t figure out what was going on and recommended taking multiple parts apart and guessing where the problem is coming from.Bilai was great, he know what he is doing and within a day, he already diagnose the issue. He is awesome, a very friendly person and smart. His price is very reasonable. He is my go to Machanic from today on.

I'm so impressed with this shop. The owner knows his vehicles and is super honest. there is no long lead times for appointments and its a very fast turn around time to have your vehicle repaired. My wife and I brought in our Porsche and F-150 Pickup for repairs and service. Balil is such a gentlemen , very courteous.
