We found a leak in the basement coming from the toilet above. I called Jacked up Plumbing and we were able to get an appointment within 24 hrs.Jackson arrived on time. He was polite and friendly. He diagnosed our problem right away and quoted us with a few different options. He got the job done right away. Overall we are very happy with the services we received from Jacked up Plumbing. This is my second time employing Jack’d Up for my plumbing needs. As always, Jackson was punctual and polite. Great company and very honest. I was not able to get the work done because of logistics in the work to be done. Alex was able to provide options but at the end of the call out, we both agreed that doing nothing was probably the best option. I appreciate honesty.

Used their services to complete preventative maintenance on my water softener and replace filters in my water filtration system. I thought these were things I could do myself but then quickly realized I was over my head. They came in and completed the job, including supply of extra filters and a tutorial on changing them myself. Very professional, on time, and very friendly. Won't hesitate to call them again.

I noticed a couple of leaks on New Year's Eve so a quick google search and I found Jack'd up just down the road from me. I called knowing they were closed and not really expecting a call till after the holiday, but I received a call back from Jackson within 30 mins and booked an appointment a couple days out.The day of the appointment Jackson called 15 mins out to confirm I was still available and came at 8am as scheduled. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and offer 2 options with zero pressure to move forward with the work. The pricing was reasonable so I had him proceed, and he completed the job within a few hours and was on his way.I really appreciate that he was on time, clean, straightforward on pricing/options and completed the job quickly. It is also nice to support a local small business, so if I need a plumber in the future they will be my first call!

Commercial services.We don’t have much knowledge about hiring a plumber and we think this idea was taken for granted by the plumbing company. Now that we know more than what we know then, it was very unfortunate to be actually honest of our innocence, sad to say. We had problems after the services was provided. Although it was finished, we were obviously still under warranty that’s why we called for help but only to be told that we can do it ourselves and eventually blocked our calls. Will never recommend nor use this company’s services again.Comment update: In response to your reply, yes your company did provide the services to our commercial space. Check your emails where you sent invoices to us. Please don’t pretend you did not know. Unfortunately this is the way we have to communicate with you since you blocked us, our phone calls. If only we’ve known… your prices are way too high from the services you provided. With the skyrocket pricing you have, the least you could have done is come and check the leak but instead, you decided to tell us to do it ourselves. We ended up using another plumber for that specific issue and such plumber fixed it and nowhere near what you said you will do (which involves buying a certain part that doesn’t need to be bought and have us pay you more money). Your company is one of the reasons most of us, layman people lost our trust in hiring ‘professionals’ to do a certain job because of your gouging. Swindle in other words. Now we know. Lesson learned.

Called before arriving, arrived on time and very professional. The drain was not as easy to unclog as first thought but Jackson got it cleaned after multiple attempts. This guy knows what he is doing and has the proper equipment to do it. Very courteous and cleaned up everything afterwards. Thanks Jackson, would recommend you to anyone and you will be my first call the next time I need a plumber!

Jackson came by when we had a sudden loss of water services. He was able to confirm the issue (and that it wasn't caused in my house) and we used that information to have the City quickly come by to repair things on their end. Pricing was very fair and he's a pleasure to talk with! Thank you!
