I had been dreading the process of selling my car but thanks to the terrific Shopicar staff, it was smooth, pleasant and professional transaction. I didn’t want to deal with traditional dealerships nor the hassle of selling it myself and Shopicar was exactly what I needed and the experience was even better than I had hoped. I recommend them to anyone looking to sell and/or buy and I will be back when looking for my next car.

Sold my Tesla to Shopicar. Great service from Phil and Felix. They had best offer out of several dealers I contacted. They were very quick to respond to my questions. There was an issue with my bank and they went out of their way to resolve and complete the transaction payment. I didnt even have to go out of my way, they came to me to inspect car and sign all papers. If only all car sales were so easy.

I contacted Shopicar by email to get a quote for my 2013 Chev Cruze. I was selling it because my son just passed away and I wanted to keep his car instead. I received a quick reply asking if I would take a phone call from Shopicar the same evening. I spoke to Felix Morisette and I explained everything. He was extremely understanding. He asked a few quick questions and asked me to take a few pics. The next day I received a quote which was very fair. Felix and I texted several more times and he tried to cheer me up with some happy emojis but always staying very professional. He emailed me the contract the following day and arranged for my car to be picked the next day. The payment to me was done by interact hours before pickup. Marc-Andre and Louis showed up on time from Montreal(I live in Gatineau) to claim the car. They were extremely kind and professional. I turned over the keys and all was done in a matter of minutes. I don’t have to even go to the SAAQ for a refund for my registration as Felix does it all. What an awesome easy and quick service. For me at this very emotional time Felix and his staff really tried to make it the easiest for me. I just had a good feeling about them. I trusted them and they really care about giving quality and good service to their clients. I would definitely reccomend anyone who wants to sell their car for a fair price without the hasstle of selling it privately to please use this company.
