Tried tracking LW447634378DE. Held up with customs for 2 months and counting. Supplier had no CBSA feedback. Canada Post said they had no access to CBSA info. I can't reach a CBSA person because there is no identified route through the maze. Tracing LW451384141DE with same results. CBSA is holding shipments without advising customers, shippers or suppliers what the reasons are. How is that service?
