Parkdale Animal Hospital
Such a wonderful clinic, with wonderful staff!They handle every appointment with such care, you can really tell they all love what they do. Before appointments they give you a run down of what it will include, and they are more than happy to quote you beforehand so you always know what to expect in terms of care and cost. The app is awesome to be able to request appointments (and share photos in the pet gallery).I'm so glad I found Parkdale! :)

Parkdale Animal Hospital
This is my first time writing a comment on google map, and this is for Parkdale Animal Hospital. As an international student it is harder to find an effective way to give my pet best medical care because we have somewhat information and communication shortages. I took my cat to Parkdale Animal Hospital for first time in 2019, and after that my pet's vaccination, spay surgery, diarrhea treatment and international travel document were all perfectly done here. Professional, caring and meticulous, the best animal hospital I have ever known.

Parkdale Animal Hospital
I honestly wish I could receive health care here myself! Everyone at Parkdale, staff, technicians and doctors (we have worked mostly with Dr. Uyede, but all the vets are excellent) are professional, caring, eager to help and compassionate. They have cared for our Sasha since she was a pup and she is truly loved there - and she knows it herself! It is truly a family centered practice.

Just took our little Phoebe for the first time after moving to the city. My brother’s recommendation as he has had excellent care for his pets.Everyone was so welcoming, kind and explained everything and answered our questions. So happy to find a great place for our girl. Thank you for the warm welcome.

Parkdale Animal Hospital
I took my new puppy there as its the closest vet to our home and Id dealt with them years ago. The building is under construction and causing some minor issues. It looks like it will be very nice when completed.More importantly the staff are friendly, knowledgable, and easy to deal with. We will return for future vet needs. Thanks

BEST VET EVER HANDS DOWN. I have used 3 different vets in the Kitchener Waterloo region and they have been A W F U L. Parkdale Animal Hospital has always given great customer service and every member always has a smile on their face. Everyone seems eager to meet your pets or wanting to see them for the second or third time. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Kitchener Waterloo region, even to anyone in New Hamburg who needs a new vet, come here!!

The veterinarians, vet assistants, and staff are an incredibly caring, dedicated, and knowledgeable team.We have been taking our dog to Parkdale since 2021, and are grateful for their support in making sure our pup lives a happy and healthy life.When our dog had an adverse reaction to a shot, the staff were quick to book us in for a same day, emergency appointment, and followed up with us for several days afterwards. Their app is also a nice feature. We are thankful to have such a personable, welcoming, and reliable place to take our pup!

The Vets and Vet Techs at Parkdale Animal Hospital have been my Care Team of choice for 33 years, and my experience with them, along with 5 generations of my dogs, has always been exceptional. They are highly competent, compassionate, and always willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of my dogs and I. I have recommended them to many of my friends over the years, and I’m always told how happy my friends and their dogs are, with their subsequent care. Kudos to the entire Parkdale Team on continuing to provide such a top notch experience!

Parkdale Animal Hospital
We recently had to unexpectedly put down our senior cat and Parkdale Animal Hospital was incredibly supportive. They got us in last-minute on the weekend and made our cat comfortable in her final hours. Dr. Uyede moved the table to sit on the ground with us to put her down in our arms, called us a few days later to check in, and sent a card. We were heartbroken to say goodbye and were so appreciative of their kindness during this difficult time and couldn't have asked for a better vet.

Parkdale Animal Hospital
We found ourselves noticing our senior cat was slowing down and acting differently. We took her to Parkdale Animal Hospital on a Saturday to have her looked at. The level of service and attention we received was just amazing, we will be forever grateful for the care we received. They really went above and beyond, would recommend anyone to take their pet here. This is one of the few clincs that I have visited where I truly felt they cared about the animals and their owners, so thank you for that.
