I have visited this locations a few times as I work in the area. HORRIBLE place.The food was tasteless. The lettuce was brown and tasted bad. The soups is nasty!Like omg what a wasted experience. The quality is very poor nd I will not be returning to Subway again. If this is the caliber of service and food that is now acceptable.Mr Sub is WAY better!I feel like I was ripped off

I can never fail to go to this subway, they have great customer service. Night crew is my favourite! My family loves this subway and will only go to this one in town, you want to gain an appetite? This is the place I can never not leave this store smiling because of the great small conversations made. This is the best subway, thank you subway staff

Looks like subway raised their prices again...It was $50 for 2 footlong(chicken bacon ranch) and a 6 inch blt and a kids turkey sub. NO COMBOS. We added 1 bottle of pop though. Even still that's so overpriced. The chicken subs were ice cold. It honestly tasted so nasty. I'm so disappointed. I used to LOVE subway but I'm never going here again.

Tried to call and place an order because the subway app does not list the sub I like (Spicy Italian, no longer on the menu) I understand that apps exists however if my sub isn’t on the app I figured the old fashioned way would be fine. The lady at the store absolutely refused to take any sort of order over the phone. Terrible customer service. Go to hunter street if you want good service

First of all, employee didn’t wash had after making meat sandwich, I had ordered 3 Veggie Subs toasted, cheese not toasted properly, than veggie were not putted properly, I am asking to put onions and employee was putting cucumber, he’s not listening the order correctly, veggies were less, when i asked for grill, both employees were telling that they cannot grill because there were 4 veggies in them, my order was lettuce, onion, green peppers and green olives. There were not too many veggies or dressing in them and that they cannot grill them. Than he screwed up in packing, one sub has all his filling came out while packing, and at the end, his handing me out subs without bag, upon asking for bag employee was asking for charge, if it is paid bag than he should be at least ask for bag if you have 3 subs in order. Employees playing with onions and have not any name tags at all.You are the only subway which is open after 10 PM in Peterborough, and it is always not worth it to go.Also, you guys never contacting to a person who is paying you for not worth it food and upon complaint, you never contact customer.This is totally unacceptable. And you should call me.Also, there dish washing soap scent coming from sub and onions.Worst guy owning the restaurant putting stupid clowns to make money for him and looting people in name of money, if you have some sort of same, than respond to this comment and contact me ASAP.Also, on Monday I am going to report your restaurant to Health Canada and Peterborough health. Also saving a peace of sub so they can trace content of dish washing soap and take proper actions.You have messed with wrong person this time.

Ok y'all I went here Jan 6th about 7pm and there were 2 people making our sandwiches. 1 gal on meats and cheese, Bravo. Good placement. I asked specifically for extra cheese and it to be touching the bread, she nailed it. Then there was a fella on the veggies. This dude was hands down the funniest sandwich artist around. His hilarious puns and one liners. He was cracking me up. Every topping i asked for he was able to spin into some hilarious joke! I again was picky and asked for half my sub to be heated and the other half not. He accommodated without hesitation. We ate inside and he continued his friendly conversation and it was THE BEST sub I've ever had (Italian B.M.T) of course I tipped the guy cuz it was an amazing experience. He might have even won me poker that night ;)

The Overnight crew at this location was awesome! The two gents that served us were happy and friendly, something you hardly see at 1135pm on a Saturday! Keep it up boys! Best Subway experience ever!

FIRST IMPRESSIONS:As soon as I walked in, I could sense the coziness of a clean and warmly lit place. It's open all 24 hours, and usually places like these are busy and you can find a dirty table from someone who just left. This was not the case here.SERVICE:This is probably one of the best Subways I've been to so far. People are not only friendly but they serve well too.FOOD:What I got was really good. The food was fresh and I learnt today that they bake their own bread. That's a plus.I'll be coming back again for sure.

Very unprofessional staff. The person working literally cleaned the counter & gave the napkins the ones he used to us that too even very unprofessional way. I had to basically gather them and ask for a bag atleast for the stuff we ordered. Need to be careful in terms of hygiene.
