Heritage Way Medical Spa

I've been going to Heritage Way Med Spa for many months now to fix my problem skin and I am very happy with the results so far. I have tricky skin so the fact that something is actually working means they're doing something right. I feel safe in their hands when using certain machines and the staff is quite pleasant. Also, the atmosphere is very well designed, and this is coming from a professional interior designer. As well as very clean and inviting. I highly recommend their company and services.

Had a very pleasant experience at the spa. I had Botox done on my forehead and love the results. The consultation process was very thorough and the nurse answered all my questions. She made me feel comfortable the entire time despite me feeling nervous about getting it done. 10/10 recommend

I just had my first facial with Johnathan and, everyone he is the facial guru. My experience was exquisite and, so relaxing ( I feel asleep) and woke up with refreshing and glowing skin. Thank you again Johnathan and, the rest of the wonderful staff at HWM spa.

I couldn't be happier with my results. The staff at HWMS Burlington is amazing.. Olga (sp?) is so kind and knowledgeable. When I started at HWMS I suffered from bad cystic acne with heavy redness and scaring. Fast forward 6 months, I have barely a blemish on my face, with almost no redness, the scarring is incredibly better, and it's really all thanks to her. I was hesitant to try the Biologique Recherche products but, I am beyond glad I did because I am now hooked for life. I seriously can't recommend them more.

After years of neglecting my skin, I decided it was 'better late, than never' and wandered into Heritage Way Medical Spa for a chat about my skin. The staff were (and still are) amazing. No judging, no pushy sales, and no nagging about what I haven't done. Instead, I get fantastic service and great products that we tailor to my skin needs as they change. It's been over 12 months since my 1st visit and my skin feels (& looks) so much better.I would highly recommend the team at Heritage way medical Spa.

I had the most wonderful facial today with John. John is one of the reasons why I come back to Heritage Way. Every appointment is different and is customized to my skincare needs. He sets a care plan and tailors my treatment to the current state of my skin. Not only is he knowledgeable, efficient, and diligent in his work, his enthusiasm, passion, and charisma really makes my spa visits enjoyable. I have been a loyal customer to Heritage Way and it's always been such a treat to come back. Kudos also to Sally at the front desk for always creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

I have visited many medispa’s since turning 40 and making my skin a priority. HW is hands down the best spa that I have been to for a few key reasons. Olha who has done my treatments so far (I have had 2 so far), is very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. She explains the steps as we go and checks in with me along the way. She is very patient with me when explaining my skin care needs and she is really supportive. She makes me feel understood in my skin struggles and goals, and has been instrumental in my success thus far. My skin already looks so much brighter and younger! While Olha is AMAZING, she is in great company, as the rest of the staff are equally warm and accommodating. Everyone from the owner, to Sally in the front, and the other estheticians contribute to a wonderful vibe in the shop and it is such a pleasure to get to spend time there. It feels like a vacation for the hour that I'm there!

I got the special for the Oxogeneo facial - 2 for 1. For the price, I would not recommend it. The experience at the spa was not what I expected. The salon is clean, but the ambiance of the whole spa experience is lacking. It was not relaxing nor soothing. The aesthetician did not really explain what she would be doing nor the products she used. About 3/4 into the facial she put on a mask and left the room for 10 minutes. I have been to other salons and they give a hand massage or foot massage while the mask is on my face. Also, at other salons they treat the neck area, at heritage way spa they didn’t do that. The background music was an irritating instrumental jazz piano type of music and not the soothing zen like spa music I have had at other establishments. The chair you lie on is uncomfortable and they do not provide a blanket. Overall, it was a disappointing facial at a spa, especially considering the expensive price even though it was a 2 for 1 special. Not worth the money. On the bright side, my face feels and looks good (although nothing more than if I gave myself a facial at home).

My mother and I had a great experience at Heritage Spa. The owner, Hannah, provided exceptional service and was very friendly. We will be back for sure and highly recommend her salon. Easy on-line booking available as well.
