It's pretty clear these guys are focused on roasting, so I won't review the cold brew I got from them (the only thing available other than retail bags) and I'll instead say that this is probably the best place in the west end to get coffee. Comparable with Detour and some of the other big names in the Ontario coffee scene, but with probably the coolest name and logo

I first came across Gustavo and his wife at a trade show in Hamilton, and I was blown away by taste of their coffee beans. Now this is definitely my top choice for coffee - I've used an espresso machine at home most days for 6 months now, and I was just amazed at the difference between these beans and everything else. The taste and creaminess is completely unmatched. I also love how they work so closely with the growers in El Salvador, and they focus so strongly on high quality, organically grown beans. Highly recommended!

Your coffee has gotten my husband and I through our first months of parenthood. I have always enjoyed your coffee but my husband wasn't as much of a coffee drinker. I send him off to work everyday with a travel mug of your coffee.He commented the other days asking if it was real" coffee because it is so good and tastes so different and so much better than the coffee at work. I know you have a convert with a new appreciation for excellent coffee.I appreciate trying the different varieties. My cup of coffee in the morning has turned into a small ritual of enjoyment. Knowing that it is a direct trade company is even better!"
