Chef Rick did our wedding recently before thanksgiving.Save yourself time and look no further. Great tasty food, his service team was amazing and I would highly recommend this caterer for weddings, events and anything you may need from a Food and beverage event. Im a chef and it’s hard to let go of certain things but Chef Rick and his team did an amazing job. Thank you very much for doing our wedding! Lisa and Tom

We just had Rick and his team cater our wedding and have to say everything was absolutely awesome! The food was great and received many compliments! The service was fast and friendly and the bartender was an awesome guy who helped everyone have fun! Having our wedding catered by this company in September 2020. Haven't had the full experience yet however my fiance and I went there a few weeks ago for our food tasting and were wonderfully pleased. Rick seems like a genuine and down to earth kind of guy and was very polite and helpful. He even gave us a few tips for planning the wedding that weren't entirely catering related. The food prepared was also insanely delicious and we're so excited for our guest to experience the same kind of great tasting food and kind staff.

Rick and his team were fantastic! We hired Hisnibbs to cater our wedding and we received nothing but compliments from our guests! Rick was fantastic to coordinate with and was so accommodating when it came to allergies. The service during our dinner reception was amazing as well! We have nothing but nice things to say about this company and would highly recommend them for any event! Thank you Hisnibbs team for making our wedding day so perfect :)

We booked Rick and his team for our wedding event. All the guests really loved the food and the Chef and Server were also great to work with. We really didn't need to monitor much, we provided the schedule and the team executed. Staff were friendly and never hesitated to make sure everything was going OK. I would highly recommend Hisnibbs catering for whatever event you are planning.

I booked Hisknibbs Catering for my wedding in July. Our guests still keep mentioning the wonderful food, specifically the créme brulee. Rick was incredibly responsive, and he was also able to accommodate Celiac and vegan requests. The food was fabulous and so was the service! We appreciated his staff serving the buffet style meal. I'd highly recommend Hisknibbs and Rick for any catering needs. Thank you!

Rick came through with his delicious food for our wedding on August 21,2021 which was changed around due to covid. Rick was flexible, polite and responsive whenever we needed something. His staff were attentive to our guests needs, often making rounds to the tables to ensure guests were happy and had everything they needed. Hisnibbs Catering is the ONLY catering service I would recommend. Quality service with affordability and the guests always feel like they're #1! Thanks again Rick& team!!

I am writing this review about 5 years late lol but I just had to because I want to book Hisnibbs again! He did our wedding and my husbands birthday party and it was 150% across the board both times. Even 5 years later I still remember how warm and engaging he was…and how meticulous he was about the food prep, design and taste! Our guests were impressed and full! He provides world class catering and service backed up by passion. Rick shines through in all aspects and I just hope he’s available for our next event :) Thank you again Rick! SuGar

I’m so glad His Nibbs was able to cater our wedding. Rick is extremely kind, responsive, and is a professional in every way. Wide selection of different dinning options, menus, and everything was always presented beautifully. The quote was the most reasonable we found and for the quality of everything, it was incredible.Rick catered a 80 person wedding for us at Erin Estates, we chose a plated option with 3 courses. Guests were so impressed with the presentation and quality of the meals. Rick let us really personalize the menu and was just a pleasure to work with.Thank you to you and your team Rick!
