When unexpected health issues threatened to interfere with my parents' move into their new home, I reached out to Jill of Home Again and arranged for her team to unpack their new home as well as clean the rental they were vacating. Jill was fantastic to deal with - prompt, professional, understanding, compassionate. Her team was exceptional - you have never seen such organized cupboards and drawers and they even made great suggestions for their furniture arrangement. Many thanks to the Home Again team!

I used Jill Phipps' service at 'Home Again' to assist my 81 year old mother move into an independent living home in Victoria BC. Because of Covid-19 restrictions, I couldn't travel from Nova Scotia to Victoria. Solely through e-mail, Jill has beautifully furnished and equipped her suite, all according to my mother's budget and taste. I was impressed by how efficient and experienced she was, when she suggested things that we would need to complete the task. Jill did everything I needed to do, and more!Jill provides a much-needed service. I would highly recommend her.

Jill Phipps and her team did an outstanding job of moving our Mom from her home of nearly 50 years to a seniors residence. Floor plan, packing, moving, unpacking, setup of new home, sorting, packing dispersal of remaining house contents, final clean so the house was ready for sale - all done efficiently, without incident, and with genuine care and compassion. Our family would use Home Again in a heartbeat!

As I’ve told so many people, you have a great company and I proudly say, it’s mainly women and they are all fantastic. I could move into my new location without the hassle of boxes, papers, and trying to figure out where to put everything.. These wonderful women did it all.

The Home Again Seniors Transitions Services team of Chris and Denise went beyond my friends' expectations. I was unable to be present for her move but Jill's team efficiently packed almost everything a day ahead of the actual move. What a great idea, keeping bed, bathroom and breakfast items available before the move kept my friend comfortable during what would have been chaos without Home Again. Jill's team moved my Dad from one Independent Living place to another. He walked out of one place in the morning, spent the night with us, and walked into the new place the afternoon of the following day. Everything was set up, and put away. His bed was made and the TV connected. Literally, all he had to do was sit down and turn on the TV. This was a job very well done!

Wow, great ability at dealing with large estate! Right from our first conversation with Jill, she was easy to talk to, and inspired confidence in the process. We were faced with cleaning up and selling a large & full estate while living in another province. A friend who was clearing out a house, had once told me, her “packers were coming”. That stuck. I wanted some packers to come help us.Jill and her team were amazing. We felt overwhelmed by grief, exhaustion, emotional attachment, & lack of familiarity with resources to empty a home. We had a lot on our plate, and could not imagine carrying everything out, and to where? Jill came to our rescue, and handled the huge task. After we had some days to choose which items to keep, the transition team came in with smiles, enthusiasm, objectivity and fresh strong arms! They sorted and facilitated the hauling of many “undesirable” items. We left Victoria, and the team carried on. They shipped our keeper items to us, cleaned, and staged the home for selling. Wow, the photos looked fabulous. With their objective eyes, the tired home looked fresh again. Once the home sold, Jill and her team facilitated an online auction, cleared out the remaining contents, and turned over an empty clean house to the new buyers.That may sound simple, but there was a lot of coordinating and pivoting through the process so that it ran extremely smooth. Estimating, decluttering, packing, supplying boxes & packing materials, washing, vacuuming, rearranging, shredding, recycling, uninstalling, bringing in movers and furniture buyers, grouping items to sell by auction, facilitating pickup of the entire contents by several buyers & haulers, and a last final cleaning.Jill and her transition team offer a valuable service.
