Such a better vibe and customer service there now that the guy who hates his job is gone! …I hated going in before when he was there!…in-fact I avoided it if possible and drove to Burlington!….now it’s totally different!( forgive me I don’t know the three peoples names that work there now)….but they are all amazing!Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and patient!

Horrible customer service every single time I go in, the people working refuse my id because I’m waiting for a new one sure no problem( I am 22) but my mom (52) goes in because she also needs, she comes here frequently. The lady working refuses my mother who is CLEARLY above age. It is clearly the owners who are extremely strict but seeing as you have never any stock or options in store you’d try to honour loyalty to continue business with the very few customers you do have.

I've been shopping here regularly for a few years and figured i'd finally write a review.I love coming here, every staff member is friendly and helpful.Service is always quick and knowledgeable.The shop is always clean and well maintained, stock is always displayed clearly and neatly, the recommendations are fantastic.They have a great variety of flavours and the devices are always up to date.I've always been recommended flavours that I like, and the points system is a life saver.Whenever I come here, it's usually when I've been at work with no juice for a few hours, I'm stressed. However, Jo (whom I usually see the most) greets me with a Hey Nick! Good to see you!" every time. She always knows my orders and makes me feel welcomed. Every employee is a gem and I always look forward to seeing them.I appreciate all the great service I've been given here.Thank you :)10/10"
