Desirea was such a pleasure to work with. My husband and I both don't enjoy professional photography, since it feels very posed and uncomfortable. I booked with Desirea because her website mentioned she preferred that you just be and I love the way her photos were edited. Our photos turned out stunning and we didn't get one photo where we just sat in front of the camera and smiled. They were authentic and channeled our happiness for what it was.

Desirea was wonderful! She was so great at setting up special moments to capture in our home and was able to actually make it a fun thing to do. Which tends not to be easy when doing family photos (especially with little ones!).

Desirea was a godsend for us! We booked Desirea for our wedding after our initial photographer couldn’t do it with just 40 days to go! Naturally I was nervous, but no need to be. She is so calm and cool. I told her what I was looking for and she delivered tenfold. She told the story of our day so perfectly - the messy, the beautiful, all of it. The way she incorporated the landscape into the images was unreal. And I’m obsessed with the images she got of hubby seeing me walk down the aisle and our time together saying our vows - she captured every emotion. If you’re looking for a story to be told rather than a smile & pose type of thing, she’s a brilliant storyteller and I’d highly recommend her.

I had an absolute blast with Desirea! She's super great to work with, and has a wonderful way of capturing expressions and emotions. I can't choose a favourite photo from our session, the landscape and incredible thunderstorm that we shot through was aces! And she didn't weaken a bit through the thunder and lightning! Definitely recommend her!

We are so pleased and excited with the pictures Desirea took of my family. She made it effortless and so enjoyed the experience of not just standing and posing, seeing the kids doing activities was better then I expected. I recommend her !!!
