So Darryl was very unresponsive to texts or call. Took forever to get in contact once he had our money. Quick to take our money but not interested in fixing anything that didn't work. Concrete was poorly done. He did refund us some of that cost after trying to tell us it was fine for many weeks. Now 1 year later we have many cracks as it was poured very poorly and also in weather that was too hot. We were told the slope had to go towards the pool but when it was finished it sloped into our garage. Hope it doesnt make more issues for us in the future. The Omni system wasn't correctly installed. Our lights don't turn to the right colour when selected. He said not his problem even though he said he'd fix it originally. Also he set up our cover installation from cover star and electrician. Never set up the safety feature for it. Was now told I have to call cover star and pay them to do it and its not his problem. Typical now that he has all the money. Even tho he was the general and set up everything. We payed full price for the sense and dispense system. He couldn't get one in. But when refunding the cost gave us back 800 as that was his cost on the unit not what we actually paid for it. The pool is ok but for the money we payed expected more and better service. We never haggled with him. We were accommodating to his schedule. But yet he never held his word on what his guys were supposed to do. Tom was good and tried his best but was handcuffed by Darryl because he was always gone away. So he couldnt be here to deal with all the issues. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We wanted and gave every opportunity for this to be a glowing review but were always let down
