I did a private session with a friend and had such an amazing experience. Coco was our instructor, she was so knowledgeable and patient when teaching. She was so calm and helpful while guiding me through my first ceramics lesson. The atmosphere in the studio is very welcoming and bright. Can’t wait to return!

My partner and I went for a Mud Lite date night and it was awesome. Our instructor, Sofia, was fun and super helpful. Everyone in the class had a great time and we all came out of it with a bowl.Highly recommend for a fun, casual and different experience.

We decided to change up our team holiday party this year and do something a little more interactive! We booked at Mudlab Pottery and were so happy we did. Andres and his team were incredibly organized, accommodating and patient with our rowdy and excited group. There was plenty of time to enjoy food and drinks before our lesson started, and ended up making some really awesome bowls. We had a great time and definitely plan to come back again.

I took the introduction to wheel throwing class and was immediately hooked! I cannot say enough positive things about the studio, instructors, and the community that the Mudlab team has created! Don’t miss out on experiencing one of the best pottery studios in Vancouver!

I love this studio and can’t say enough good things about it — best studio in town. Andres & Vin have created a lovely, inclusive, welcoming, and relaxed community here.The classes are excellent, the teachers are encouraging, patient, and generous with their knowledge; there’s a great selection of glazes made in-house, the members are kind and eager to share tips, and the ambiance made me feel like I was at a second home.This studio and its community impacted my mental health during the pandemic in ways I didn’t know I needed. Fabulous night! We did Mudlite with Sophia as a group of three and she was a great teacher. So many good jokes. Book her!!

I didn’t feel well supported at the last well known ceramic studio I had taken classes and was a member at in the city and so after a few incidences that put me off I decided to try somewhere else. I took a 6 week wheel throwing class at Mudlab with Vin as my instructor and the difference between the two studios was glaring. Vin was so good at giving easy, systematic instructions to follow. He made the class interesting and fun and I felt supported and encouraged the whole way through. The studio itself is very well thought out and set-up with everything you need to get going and keep going. Mudlab has been my new studio for the past half a year now and I love the vibe and over-all supportive community of this studio so much. Can’t recommend Mudlab enough!
