My wife and I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle at VW St Johns and we could not be more pleased with our experience. Sales Manger Rob Hiscock and his team with Sales Associate Vanessa Hicks and Business Manager Jeff Walsh were very knowledgeable professionals who provided Top notch service. Hey there,I wanted to share my recent experience as a cautionary tale for potential customers seeking vehicle services. While there were some positive aspects, such as the friendly staff and the convenience of the shuttle service provided by Volkswagen, I feel compelled to address the concerning issues I encountered.Initially, I visited the dealership to get my car detailed and address two main concerns: a constant squealing sound and a less-than-smooth braking experience. Despite their efforts, they were unable to identify the cause of the squealing and assured me that the brakes appeared fine. However, they recommended a brake cleaning as a potential solution, even though it seemed odd to me since I'm not engaging the brakes when the squealing occurs. I was informed that a senior advisor" suggested the cleaning

I just got a new Taos today and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Danny, Rob, and Jessica were incredible and supported me every step of the way, including my late night texts asking for updates (thank you Rob!). They walked me through the whole process, made it so simple, and left me so happy with my purchase. I will continue to be a loyal VW customer because not only are they great cars but there are great people behind them.

I bought my first Volkswagen in June, a 2021 tiguan and I have been in love with it. Yesterday I had to bring my car in for its first service due to a error message on my dash. I called and was greeted by Nicole who was so helpful and told me to bring my car in right away. 2:30 yesterday she called me to tell me what was wrong with my car and that a rental was waiting for me to be picked up. (amazing service, I didn’t even have to ask for a rental) Today Nicole called and told me my car would be ready and to just return my car rental keys there and they would take care of the rest. I have to say Nicole at the Service department is an amazing representative at Volkswagen St. John’s!

Had issues with 2 vw cars in the last year. Both were painful to get solved with a number of visits and many phone calls to the dealer. Only time there was action was when u say u will bring it to a higher level. Would not recommend a vw due to poor service.. I ended out of pocket a couple of grand or so caused by deal not doing thier job. Since June 21 still don't have the second car sorted maybe another couple of weeks. That's not good service.

I dealt with Vanessa and from day 1 to when I picked up my new car, the service was amazing!!!

I bought a “new” 2022 Tiguan July of 2022 from a terrible salesman. He lied to me through the process and rented out my car, told me ones weren’t available when they were, and didn’t even take the time to show me the features of the vehicle. Since the time I drove it off the lot (and I mean within hours) the vehicle had issues with the computer system not working with three lights coming up on the dash and the entire radio console going black and never coming back on. When I brought this up to him he said “it was working when I sold it to you”The radio, navigation and even back up camera doesn’t work 99% of the time. I’ve notified Bill Matthew’s VW and VW Canada of the issue. Bill Matthew’s VW say is they are waiting on a software update from VW Canada. When contacting VW Canada they say that all sale issues live with the dealership. There has been such a lack of communication and resolve to this issue and all VW is come up with excuses and ways to pawn off responsibility.I’ve been paying for a 52000 vehicle that doesn’t even have a radio and the local VW and VW Canada just dance around the issue. All they cared was making the sale and after that they could care less about their customers while they tout their “high level of quality and service”Just letting you all know what you are all getting involved with prior to making a purchase with this “exceptional” company.

This dealership is the best there is hands down. The vehicles are beautiful, pure quality and performance but where Volkswagen excels is the customer service. My last routine maintenance visit I was greeted at the drive-in entrance with a smile by Krystle, who welcomed me back calling me by name (a year after my last visit mind you she still remembers). She is ALWAYS friendly, professional and efficient, an absolute pleasure to deal with every time. The service department is so efficient and honest, they treat you like family here and I always feel confident leaving my car and picking it up. While the car was in they noticed another part was wearing and I was notified immediately of the cost by phone and contacted by the parts manager Curtis who had an unmatched knowledge of every Volkswagen item known to man. He was fantastic to deal with and let me know the best options while making me confident in the brand and quality. Overall amazing customer experience, Volkswagen St. John's thank you for 7 years straight of perfect service. VW 4 LIFE ❤️
