I took the Computer Delivered IELTS General test last Sunday at this venue and it was a pleasant experience. A big thank you to the administrative staff for being kind and polite. The Speaking test examiner was quite professional as well. The headphones for Listening test were pretty good. Instructions before each test were read out loud. I am glad to get scores as per my expectations. The pickup of the TRF was hassle free. Keep it up.

I recently took the IELTS test at the Oxford International Toronto Center. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The chairs and seating provided for the test were uncomfortable, with not comfortable back support, making it difficult to concentrate during a test that lasted over 2 hours.Furthermore, the process for ordering a Test Report Form (TRF) to be sent to organizations was unclear and confusing. Make sure to order them before results are released.The lack of clear instructions made the experience unnecessarily frustrating.

This test centre is top notch in delivering their best services. I took the computer based IELTS test from here. The staff is so helpful. They provide clear instructions and make sure that you’re well equipped to take the test. In addition to that, the test environment is calm and peaceful.

Staff here is really rude. The person who took my speaking test also seemed annoyed already before the test even started. Pay $360 for a test and they act like they're doing you a favor.

The staff was nice and helpful.The speaking examiner who I think called Janet was so kind.I am writing my second review for this place as I had my second IELTS exam here. there was a very nice and helpful gentleman. Although he managed everything by himself alone, the process went very smoothly!

I’ve taken both my Academic and General IELTS here and I felt great about the test center each time, the staff being nice and helpful throughout, the room setting comfy enough for test takers to cope with the taxing three sections as well as to walk around or rest on the couches during the waiting time for speaking. Nothing nerve wracking at all as an exam happening there. Most importantly, it’s an excellently responsive organization, who has promptly replied my email and effectively addressed my problems TWICE. To whoever around here wishes to take IELTS I’d strongly recommend this place.
