Heat and Herb Cannabis Market

Not open at 2pm Sunday despite posted hours saying open. Bummer man.

Their store has a farmey market vibe and is nice but it's way too big for the small amount of product they have, to have to walk all around is a bit ridiculous for the small amount of product. Do not recommend for ease of product comparing, also hard to read labels on displays. The prices are also quite decent. I wasn't greeted but asked what I came in for, and I said I wanted to check out their new wonderful store and the sales associate said Oh ok" and went back on their phone. I walked around awkwardly while they sat there on their phone looking bored. Didn't feel open to ask questions or bother them so I left. Not welcoming and not the best selection. Won't come again."

ALWAYS worth the extra trip to see Sam!!!!!! She is very professional, knowledgeable and she wholeheartedly cares about every customer that comes in. I always leave feeling taken care of :) Thank you so much @heatandherbcannabis!!!! I’m forever a loyal customer

No signage on the building indicating that they're closed down. I was across the street buying groceries and thought I'd pop in, sign on the door said they open at 9AM 7 days/week. It was 10:45AM and the door was locked.

This store is actually closed, has been for over 5 months

These guys know their herb. The flower and pre-roll menu is smaller than most stores, however it has been expertly curated. Every product they carry is a banger.

Saw that a new shop opened up and stopped by to check it out. Beautiful store inside and staff were great to deal with. Was nice to chat with Mike who knew his stuff and had a great breakdown of some of the craft options available. Pricing and selection was good and lots of parking available. Definitely recommend checking this one out.

Went there at 930 pm was closed was just a hobo sleeping in front when they said open till 11 on here and 10 pm on door

I've never actually felt compelled to leave a review for a cannabis retail store until my experience at Heat and Herb yesterday. I went in looking for a recommendation for a semi-particular strain and was absolutely blown away by the knowledge, attentiveness and overall friendliness of the sales associate I spoke to (I regret not asking for a name!) She was absolutely lovely and suggested literally the PERFECT strain for me. Thank you so much!
