This place is as shady as you can get! Outrageous fees! If your planning to do business here, do your research first, it will save you in the long run.

John Healey is a very chauvinistic individual. My wife and I went separately to check out some options and he treated me like gold but was very disrespectful to my wife, talked down to her and dismissed anything she said like it wasn’t important. She told him where to go and luckily I won’t be going back because I wouldn’t have anything nice to say to him. I’ve heard later that this is typical and all his warranty and fees are pointless because he won’t do anything if the vehicle breaks down. Also, you will almost pay double the sticker price when interest and his registration fee is added.

Liars and cheats do yourself a favour and stay as far away from this place as you possibly can

One of the worst dealers in the conception Bay South area. Sales man/owner is arrogant and one of the worst business people to deal with. Be sure to stand your grounds if you buy a vehicle from this place and do not take his word for 100% assurance. Chameleon....

had me pay $100 for an inspection. 3 days later I call to see if inspection was done as they didn't give me a time estimate. Was told by the owner that it would be done when it gets done... Never bothered with it after.

My God, didn't think a man like this could exist . Poor business man, don't know how he does it.

Went to Approved Auto Sales to look at a vehicle and ask about financing. The lot was pretty compacted due to snow removal I would imagine. Everything was blocked in and covered in snow so I couldn’t see much of what they had. I was greeted at the door by a woman, quite polite and helpful. She told me a little about there financing and said they would require a down payment. Fair enough. She then referred me to a gentleman standing behind her. He approached with a bag of donuts and a can of diet coke in his hands. Immediately he asks me what down payment I had, not what I was interested in seeing after I was asking about inventory. I told him I didn’t have one at the moment. “ well I got nothing for you” . Mind you all while chowing down on a donut and drinking his coke. I am a sales person myself and this kind of unprofessionalism would have me written up in seconds. It was one think you talk about money but I hadn’t even looked at a car yet. I had no idea what they were even selling me and they were expecting down payments. Totally unprofessional and totally unwilling to help. Will never return. Will never recommend.
