Arrived at location to have technician fix radio antenna cord. Was told he wasn’t there and come back another time. One week later, I called ahead the day before to make sure someone would be in the next day. They said yes, so I left work early. Nobody was there, waited an hour. Didn’t pick up the phone. Extremely frustrating experience! They obviously have no respect for their customers.

Purchased a mobile ALINCO - and it never worked.Invested around 1200 CAD but.... its dead.Local Ham Group told me - dealer forgot to insert Abbotsford repeaters.Seems, i have to do hit and trials myself or have to pay someone to get it programmed.Two visits to Richmond - and two months passed- it never worked.Highly recommend for Richmond residents as they can go back again and again...but those who are coming from outside city, should buy from somewhere.Going to write to Alinco also .
