Dr Pannu goes above and beyond with her care every time. She listens to me. She knows and understands my pain in my body. She is such a kind, caring, and knowledgeable person. I drive all the way from Coquitlam to both her practices because that's how amazing she is! Highly recommend!!!

The staff is very professional and kind. Dr. Pannu takes the time out to educate you and make sure to give you a very professional and personal experience. Jessica is great at front desk, very patient and caring. They both go above and beyond with their patient care to help your healing process. Coming here is absolutely advised. The staff welcomes you with open arms as soon as you enter. They welcome and give you the impression that you will be well taken care of. The surroundings of the Walnut Grove location are very clean, peaceful and soothing. However, Dr. Pannu's brilliance is the most significant aspect of all. I've had the pleasure of receiving care from Vinod and Ramya who are also remarkably knowledgeable in their domains (physiotherapy) and genuinely listen to all of your ailments. They know exactly what you are talking about. Never once do you feel unheard or are being pushed out the door. My back was in such intense pain and I can honestly say coming to Back and Body Wellness has been the best thing I have ever done. I am so grateful for you all.

I started seeing Dr.Pannu in Langely during postpartum. I was experiencing intense lower back and sacrum pain after giving birth. No at-home remedy helped, and my family doctor just told me it would heal over time - it was unbearable though. I met with Dr. Pannu and within 3 sessions, the pain was alleviated. The results were immediate, and I wish I saw her sooner.My baby was also experiencing gas pain and had minor colic symptoms that occurred almost daily. I shared this with Dr. Pannu and she suggested I bring my baby in as well. Within a week, we saw 80-90% improvement in our baby’s condition. She was able to pass gas much better and overall, a much happier baby.Dr.Pannu is truly a miracle worker, healing us one by one. We are super thankful to have her as one of our care takers. For any mom who’s experiencing pain postpartum, or has a colicky/gassy baby, I highly recommend Dr.Pannu. She also does prenatal chirotherapy, and has helped me alleviate so much back pain during pregnancy as well.Another bonus is that their staff member Jessica, is so sweet! She always greets me so warmly before and after our session, and she’s such a pleasure to talk to. Their team always makes each visit such a wonderful one - would give them 6/5 stars if I could!

A place Im genuinely happy to have come across. They were so quick to get me scheduled in, and am always greeted with such a warm welcome by the lovely lady Jessica at the front desk. You can tell she truly cares! I came in with a really sore neck and back.. Dr Meghan Soni was absolutely amazing and really took the time to get to know me and how im feeling. Not just a quick crack and out the door. So i did not feel like i was just another client! Recommend this place 100% ᵕ̈

I am so happy to find a clinic nearby with all the services like Chiro, Physio, Massage, Acupuncture and Kinesio and they directly bill extended health insurances as well. I called to book Chiropractic and the front desk was so friendly and patiently answered my questions. Went in for the session and the clinic was clean and had soft relaxing music playing. Dr Pannu was just amazing, she explained the assessment findings before proceeding with the treatment. I am definitely going to recommend this place to my friends and family.

The professionalism of this clinic always surprises me as in this day and age its all about how quickly something can be accomplished. From Jessica the receptionist who takes the time to greet you and make you feel comfortable to Dr. Jas who listens and discusses at length the best treatment options. The clinic is very light, clean and nice. I took my mom to the clinic the first time. Dr. Jasminder Pannu helped my mom a lot from the first visit.

I saw Dr. Pannu and I had my first adjustment and it was amazing. She mentioned that this is their second location because the first was a huge success, newly renovated. How a welcome gift as a first time client to the new location. The clinic’s energy is calm and it was a wonderful experience. I advise you to book if you are in any kind of body pain!
