This clinic has consistently been a life-saver!! From the retired Dr. Philips to the new and very kind Dr. Owen, my family and I have always been treated with dignity and respect. This clinic is a treasure and a gift to the community!

Dr Owen, this is for you man! Appreciate your kindness and patience, YOU are what a Doctor is and should be. I truly believe you love what you do, it shows in the way you treat your patients. I’m glad you chose this career path because you really helped me. Appreciate you brother!

Called 18x before someone answered.$95 fee for strep throat testing- yeah, no.Biggest waste of time AND energy.

The most knowledgeable and experienced Doctors I have seen in a very long time. Super friendly and helpful front desk staff as well. Definitely recommend it. Just call very early as you need and appointment. I take all my kids there and I also go there if our family doctor is fully booked.

We use this place regularly when the pediatrician does not have appointments or I need to see someone faster than my doctor who takes 3-4 weeks.The staff is so friendly! The doctors really talk to you, your kids. They care.They have made referrals to specialists for me, requested blood work. They ask you make follow up appointments if they want to check in a few days later.It does work by appointment only. Best bet is to call at 8am. If you have to wait a bit for your appointment, its never too long and not even close to as long as a walk in clinic.

I had a appointment with a Dr. 6 months ago. Still has not gotten back to me. I’ve been calling, leaving messages. Emailed Medpoint. Nothing. Crickets. Very frustrating. How can a business go on and not communicate with patients.

I have been going here for a few years now and I love it there. All the doctors that have ever treated me have been super kind and helpful. It’s my favourite walk in clinic in London! Only thing is sometimes they fall behind and you end up going in for an appointment 30 minutes later than what was scheduled.

I actually met a doctor that was so nice, so thorough, kind...she actually listened to me and didn't seem judgemental or at all snobby! She inspired confidence in her - which is definitely not always the case, at least not in my experiences. Healthcare in Ontario had started to decline already but since the start of COVID it seems like the entire medical field has been disrupted, discontinued, disbanded, deserted, disemboweled whatever you want to refer to the crisis that is our healthcare. This doctor seemed to take me seriously and to actually care!! Please don't go anywhere! We (London) need physicians like yourself!
