Poor customer service and went back on the price they quoted. On top of that missed the appointment for pick up. Not reliable. I would find someone else to deliver if you want your product handled professionally.

Nice and clean

Had an encounter with a driver today. He was making a delivery to a hospice home in Richmond, but had blocked the entire driveway, so nobody could go into their parking lot or get out. I asked the driver if he could move his truck so me and another family could leave. He started yelling at me, and telling me we have to wait for him to finish. Then he told me to F..K off. Rude Rude Driver. You are making deliveries to a home, where people are dying and you are rude to their family members, such professionalism....oh and if the company cares at all, they can contact me, I have pictures of the truck, driver and license plate number!!!

Service with CSR and this company is going down the hill.

This is very Good company to work with. Really Nice Owner & Shareholders.The Reason for 1 Star is Some Indian Managers are very Greedy they Add their Own trucks in the Fleet & Screw the other Owner-Operators without Company’s Knowledge.If that problem would Solved then This Company would be 1 of The Best Company to work with.

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. My friend is visiting her dying mother at the Hospice she is living at, and this is the encounter she had with one of these drivers.Today I had an encounter with a delivery driver from InterUrban Delivery. I was at the hospice visiting my mum. When I was leaving, there was a 5 ton truck blocking the only entrance and exit to the hospice. When I asked the driver if he could move his truck so me and another family could leave, he told me that I had to wait until he was done unloading. Then he told me to F..K off.To the driver: you have no idea what your rude tone and attitude did to me, My promise to you, I will never recommend your company to anyone ever!!!!To Interurban: If you care, you can contact me, I have pictures of the driver, the truck and his license plate number!!!

Worst service ever. Delivery driver says he got lost and won't make the delivery to my veterinary clinic for the specific dog food I need. How do you get lost with the technology we have these days? The city of richmond is not an are with a bad cell or internet connection and you should have a real gps system if you are a delivery driver. If the technology fails then buy a map!!
