Great school,Val is a high level teacher with a great program. The team is very friendly.This place is great for starters and people wanting to upgrade their ground game rapidly.

Incredible gym up in the country side. Great for all levels with world class instructions from Val and Jenia. Super cool team, definitely would recommend checking this spot out.
