The UPS Store

Although both Google and the UPS website list this location as open on Sundays from 9am-4pm, I drove all the way to the airport to mail something at 1PM and it's completely closed.Edit: Prior to visiting in person, we tried to check everything we could think of to confirm opening hours. We called the location but no response or voice recording for updated store hours, checked the UPS website, even checked Google reviews. They just closed their location without announcing it anywhere and let people find out when going in person.

I had to send a package from the airport quickly and the clerk at UPS was very helpful even though I messed up and gave him the wrong information, he was still super patient with me and made sure the package had the right information on the label. I compared prices before getting to the airport and for what I was sending it was actually $8 cheaper than the others (Purolator, FedEx and DHL) for the same service, same delivery speed, etc. Plus it is so convenient to have this service provider at the airport, it just makes everything so much more convenient.

The store owner Allen was so incredibly kind, offering to unlock his store and print something for me as I ran up to his door as he was closing. He saved our vacation & we can’t say enough how much we appreciate his kindness!

If you can request a specific courier for your delivery, then request anything but UPS. They won't leave your package at your door, even if you explicitly ask them to. And if you request that they take it to a pickup location, their drivers don't do that same day, so you'll have to wait a day and then drive all the way to the airport to pick it up because they don't have spread out pickup locations like FedEx and many other shippers. Honestly got my package 3 days late and had to spend an hour driving to pick it up because of the terrible procedures this company uses.

Simply the WORST!They marked my package as delivered and even wrote my name as the receiver! I knew this was a mistake so called them and they said they will investigate..... next day it changed to out for delivery and at the EXACT same time, got the EXACT same msg as delivered when even a delivery truck was never seen around the block. FIled for a claim since then.NEVER trust this dishonest cheating company!!

I requested a Quick print" order for 6 pages of B/W letter-size printing for my COVID form. It took them four days to print this order. Don't waste your money on this useless service they offer."

placed an order on 2/5 with a specific address, and I had to call to get a tracking number.then the package ask me to drive an hour to pick up, called them to ask why, they said I had to call the UPS line, called UPS, they said the package was lost.called again, the store said they're waiting too.called again, store said it got returned to the store, and they'll re-send it to me.20 days later, I got my package.Called again to ask for an explanation, got a generic email saying they're investigating.one month later, I haven't heard anything. This is seriously the worst experience I've ever had. While most delivery personnels are working so hard during this difficult time, the store's attitude and service is simply, unacceptable.Do not choose them

I highly do not recommend shipping out your items at the Calgary Airport unless you are prepared to pay an arm and a leg to have things shipped.What's sad is that there are/will be a lot of unsuspecting people who won't read this review and will use this service because of the limited options available.Backstory:I had to use this shipping service to send a couple of food items while I was at the security line at the Calgary Airport. Unfortunately, I was unable to bring them on the plane with me since they qualified as a Paste". So I had the option of forfeiting the items

Went to the airport UPS store to mail something (via Canada Post) prior to an early Monday morning flight. The envelope wasn't received by Canada Post until that FRIDAY.

Very dissapointed!!! We supposed to have a delivery thursday. And friday still not come. We call costumer service it on the way. We need to used the item by saturday. WeWent to wearehouse by monday they told us its on the way but still does not comeIts look like driver holding it for long. It end up we pay our client for not delivering the item plus we loose our client. I recomend just order on amazon free delivery and delivered by next day. Even customer service no idea whats going on... negative star!!!
