We decided to hire Gina, and it was the best decision we made. She kept us up to date on the process, what we needed to do, and she was always so professional. It was such a long process to get my permanent residence, and I know Gina saved us not only so much time, but she saved us so much stress and heartache. Her rates are very competitive and I really think much more fair than other immigration consultants we looked at. Also, she is bilingual, which we didn't need, but coming from a Latino-mixed family it was good to know. She is very kind and generous also, and made us feel very comfortable about everything. Gina estuvo al pendiente de cada actualización de mi archivo y siempre estuvo disponible por vía correo para contestar todas mis dudas durante todo el año del proceso de mi residencia. Me tocó retroceso con la pandemia de covid y Gina estuvo manejando la situación sin ningún problema pidiendo extensión a mi aplicación y mandando mail para preguntar el status de cada documento que fuimos mandando al gobierno canadiense. Gina es una excelente persona y muy amable, eso facilito mucho el estrés de estar llevando tan largo e importante proceso para la residencia. Altamente recomendable, sobretodo puedes tener la confianza y tranquilidad de que todo va a estar bien porque ella tiene mucha experiencia y está al día con las leyes de inmigración.
