Powers Chimney & Masonry

I hired them for an epically huge job that every other mason in NW Washington was afraid of.Full re-point, and re-cap of 6 40 year old natural stone chimneys on a 12/12 roof pitch.They did what they said they would do and cleaned up the mess when they were done. The chimneys look great and don't leak.Would hire again in a heartbeat.

I really appreciate this company so much they where professional and well structured when they came to do my house. I had a crumbling chimney and poor flashing around my 50+ year old chimney. I called Powers based on a recommendation and they came out to inspect and then replace the chimney. Everything seemed pretty easy and quick. They were great about responding to my request for inspection and were pretty quick at setting up the time to come do the work. I love the new dark brick look (Coal Creek brick from Mutual Materials) and the new black flashing. Even though the frame for the top cap is still on for the next 3 weeks, I like how well they did the job. They removed everything from the roofline up and replaced it all. Great Job. I would use them again for any masonry work or chimney work that I needed and would recommend them to others. The difference from old to new is amazing.

Powers Chimney and Masonry Company just completed an outstanding quality job for a new masonry chimney at our family beach home on Camano Island. They contacted us soon after our request for an estimate. After our free estimate, they answered all of our questions completely, to help us decide the best option for our problem which was a cracked and leaking chimney. We appreciated the great communication skills of their office manager from start to finish. The project was completed to our satisfaction within the given time frame. We are very happy with the finished product and highly recommend this company to you for any chimney work you may need.

I had Powers Chimney come give me a bid on work I wanted done on my fireplace and chimney including replacing my insert which was from the 70's. Unfortunaly my pocket book didnt have the funds for everything but the insert and new chimney flashing. They were very understanding and did not pressure for the additional work. We had to wait on the manufacturer for a few months for the insert. 4 days after Powers got word it was ready they were here for installation. All I can say is wow! Both workers were meticulous..clean and very professional.. both were very kind. I could not be happier with the workmanship and cant wait to have a fire. It's a bit to warm to have one now

What a great experience working with these folks! They tore down and rebuilt out two story, double flue chimney in a week and had a great time doing it. It was a pleasure to have them at our place every day and the end product is a beautiful new chimney!
