Ahmed was awesome. We will use this company for all future HVAC needs because he was approachable and answered all our questions.

I'd give a negative star review if i could, worst customer service. Heat wasn't installed properly, parts were replaced and didn't work at all afterwards due to not connecting it properly. They came back and fixed prior mistake and now original issues of not working properly. Service guy never showed up for appointment days ago despite calling day of which they claimed just running behind, and yet to make efforts to rectify situation. Proceed with caution.

AC and furnace unit were bought through our builder. DC Air Service tech is knowledgable. He added tape on ducts in the basement and did some adjustment with out us even asking. He also took time to inform us of extended warranty if I register my AC on the manufacturer site. The only complain I had is about the Goodman AC unit being obviously noisy. I would not choose a Goodman AC next time.I ordered a new furnace door during summer and they did eventually some follow up on the order even if there were extremely busy with more important matters. They are the kind of company I would not hesitate to buy from. In this really busy market, most builders sub contractors are cutting corners and don't mind getting a bad reputation...not the case of DC Air. Thanks for the good work!
