I visited there many time in the mornings cashiers are always very helpful. Lovejeet is cheerful and greets with happy face and always ready to help!For sure will visit again. :)

Anywhere in the world and you don't need to be a wise man, smoking is strictly prohibited in a gas station, but it seems that this manager and his collaborator at the Canada Way branch, like to enjoy a good time exposing to the possibility of an explosion for their ignorance and irresponsibility. What lack of risk education is that?

Hey, whenever i am there in your store, most probably i meet a guy and yesterday night nearby 12o’clock he was there. Maybe his name is Lovepreet and i have great experience - he’s very friendly with every customer, the way he speaks or talk, the way he treat everyone - I really like it. Always, he help me to find stuff over there. I am not a regular customer but i come to your store once in a week and I really appreciate your whole team doing amazing job.

It’s been 3rd time that i got refused by the employees at night time. Today at 12:20am, a guy working, he said he couldn’t take the order of any customer for 30 minutes. Even i asked him very politely that i will give u cash so u can punch in your system after doing ur work. He was super rude, don’t know how to give customer service. If you guys are closing for 30 minutes or whatever, u people have to mention on google maps about it. So that people will not waste their time. For the manager- please look at the customer service providing by ur workers.

As overall neat store (wasn't that before), but something with coffee machine. It makes coffee that tastes more like water than coffee (I am using only black bold/blend, no additives). Is it intentional having waterish coffee or dispenser needs adjustments?

Worst 7-Eleven ever and it was because of one staff member. Went in around 10am for a coffee and got a slice of pizza. Get to the car the pizza is as old as Jesus and hard as rock. Was bad enough I brought back inside. I told the girl it was old and hard. She argued with me and lied to my face saying it was fresh she just made it recently. I took it out of the box and started banging it on the counter. Fresh my ass it was hard as rock. She got upset and screamed at me “what are you doing”. I said again this isn’t fresh. She reluctantly gave me my money back and then barked at me about showing some respect. I told her to F off something I don’t normally say to employees but she really deserved it. I am never going to this location again.

Another 7-11 that closes the restroom after midnight. Another complaint to Fraser Health on its way. Having functioning restroom is part of doing business. If you sell food you should provide a way to wash hands.And no, I'm not going to send email to whoever responds here. Sort out your problems by yourself.

Raw chicken strip, I'm really glad I checked before I ate it.Edit- Spoke with higher up management and they handled the situation very well. I appreciate the quick response to the situation

Unprofessional, rude, creepy staff and a very unclean store, things are never priced right an can never get a receipt
