Foss National Leasing (Corporate office)

Very bad service !!! My leasing was over,but Foss charged my money again. I tried to contact with them many times by phone and email and asked them refund to me. Now 45 days passed, I still didn’t receive the refund. Very disappointed!!!

Maybe it is just me, but I find Foss National's lease payments unnecessarily confusing as the amount can change each month. Rather than having one lease / one payment per vehicle, with Foss you might have multiple vehicle leases and one payment. As we add vehicles or remove vehicles from leases, the monthly charge changes. The unfortunate part is that insufficient information comes from Foss to back up the withdrawals. For each of the past few months I have had to contact Foss to see where the numbers come from. A lot of my time and their time is wasted, in my opinion, due to their billing methods and practices. Maybe this is a good method for some, but not for me.

Chris Browne’s Attention to detail is unparalleled. Chris has been taking care of our growing fleet for many years, and I have to say it’s a breath of fresh air to deal with somebody so professional and always be available to the client. I recommend Roy Foss and Chris Browne for all your companys fleet needs..big or small

Absolute terrible customer service. Calling in for authorization and not a single person that answers the phone is nice in the slightest bit. They are extremely rude and snippy. If you ask them to speak louder they will hang up on you, after waiting for over 45 mins, and/or start yelling instead of just speaking normally. One of the worst companies to call to in for authorization on repairs.

I have now been at Foss for just over a year. Working for them has been so much fun. The Team including management has been amazing. I truly recommend this place if anyone is looking for a new career.

Do not use foss for road side assistance. I could have pushed my car back home faster then the tow truck they called canceled twice and made me wait 8 hour and counting to get picked up. Use CAA this is a waste of a service to use
