Great place to get OEM used and new parts.Communication was amazing, called to ensure the parts I ordered were the rights ones.Even though I ended up not using them as the problem was not a part issue rather an electrical issue, returning them was easy.I have recommended parts pannel to several people I know who are looking for parts.Note: when going to pick up parts, they do not have a sign on the door to let you know whtch door it is, just look for door 10.

I had a great experience with this place.I was having trouble finding the correct part for my vehicle. After purchasing the wrong part twice they allowed me to exchange it no questions asked. The part I finally got looks and works great. They were very patient with me and answered all of my messages promptly and positively. Highly recommended!!

Very reputable auto parts store. Customer service was fantastic and parts were a great price. I live in Whitby and we had a snow storm and I was not able to drive to Brampton to pick up the parts I needed for my Ram 1500 and so Nigel delivered the parts right to my door for me! Outstanding service and customer satisfaction. I will definitely be coming back here for parts and recommend buying parts from here to anyone. They will treat you right and take care of you.
