Had a TERRIBLE experience with this seller ( YugiohSix YGO ) I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a bulk package and he messed up on 2 different playsets of cards. I paid for express shipping and he had the nerve to tell me he gave me one copy of the card I paid for but left the other 2 cards out. It was like an insult. When I showed him screenshots of that evidence as he told me I never specified the amount, he said and I quote “ You have any idea how ridiculous this sounds? Lol “. During this Whole time He refused to offer the same shipping method to correct the error and tried to give me less then ideal solutions that didn’t involve the express shipping I neededthis seller had strong tied with the mod team who are all close together and decided that I was in the wrong by “ strong arming the seller” into paying for express shipping. To put into simple terms, Strong Arming is threatening an individual with violence to force them to do something, which not ONCE did I EVER do. I was then messaged explaining why I was banned. The individual ( part of the mod team ) messaged me explaining why I was banned. He stated that I was being banned for bad behaviour and because of someone else’s actions that confronted them about the situation seeking an answer. ( they also got banned. ) I tried to have a rational conversation with the member of the mod team and he ended the conversation by messaging me and I quote “ If you don’t see how ridiculous the whole situation is, then we’re done here and I stand by the decision my mods have made. I hope you get everything out of life that you deserve :) “The Moderator I spoke with is from D&K’s TCGs on the facebook group page and I don’t recommend this group to anyone who Values customer importance as they do not correct their mistakes if it mean’s paying for their error’s out of their pockets due to a mistake in their sales. Since the Mods are a tight knit group, they will be very biased towards newer individuals that are unfortunate enough to end up in my position.A Bad Apple Doesn’t Fall Far From The Tree.
