I went to Canada MedLaser Thornhill for laser hair removal and had a pleasant experience throughout all the sessions. The facility is modern and clean. The associate I worked with, Dana, was professional, respectful and very accommodating with the hair removal process and scheduling. I highly recommend her and the services provided at CML.

I did laser hair removal for underarm and bikini. It works very well and the staff here is friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend!

I never write reviews but I’m actually so frustrated that I wasted my time with this place. I booked an Aquapure facial online 2 weeks prior to my appointment date. I emailed about my appointment and they tell me that they cannot find me in their system, even though I had already PAID and I received multiple booking confirmations and email reminders. If I had not contacted them, I would have showed up to my appointment and wasted my time. They suggested a time they could squeeze me in for and I said it worked for me, but the lady never emailed me back to confirm it. So I call the Thornhill clinic directly to confirm, and she tells me the same thing that they don’t have me in the system and that they got double booked. She was kind and tried to help find another time but there ultimately was none. Despite really wanting to try this facial, I tell her that I do not have time to rebook because I’m leaving for a trip next week, so I just want a refund at this point. Then she transfers me to someone else to do so.Idk why I needed to talk to multiple people in this situation, but the last person I spoke to I expressed my thoughts and experience booking with them telling them that something needs to be fixed in their system because this isn’t professional and that this has been a whole frustrating experience. All she said was “we’ll take that into consideration.” That was it. No empathy to how I was feeling. Seriously? What kind of customer service is that? Train your staff to show some empathy. I could tell by her tone of voice she didn’t care. So I know they're not going to do anything about their messed up booking system.This has been a terrible experience all around. Now I need to wait for my refund. All I did was waste my time with this place. NEVER AGAIN.

This place is absolutely amazing !Dana did my laser hair removal and she is so gentle. Explained everything to me and is very patient.Results are visible after first session.Can’t wait to be back for more treatments!

Really loved the results from aqua pure facial! I’ve had other facials in the past in other places so I didn’t expect anything too different, but results were amazing and lasted quite a while. My skin was very smooth, bright and clear!I did this procedure with Dana, she is super knowledgeable and fun to work with :)Will be doing more of these in the future

I want to say thank you for the improvement of my skin condition after my aquapure facial package. I feel myself a few years younger, and I appreciate this wonderful team of aestheticians. They always bring up my mood and it’s always a wonderful experience! Even my family and friends noticed a drastic difference and change in my skin, my aesthetician has gold hands☺️

This place is amazing! Highly recommend getting laser hair removal done here! Been coming here for a couple of months and already have a great results. The girls are very professional and nice, they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. I received the best recommendations for some products for me to use since I am prone to ingrown hairs and razor burns. Always a good experience. The staff is very welcoming and makes me feel like we are friends.The facility is very clean and always smells good. Great service,definitely recommended.
