*updated* After a lot of back and forth communication with the owner we were eventually given a full refund.We had booked a night here as a family stop with our boys 6, 3 and 8 months old. As we were on route there we recieved a call from someone in the office saying that they were closing in 10 min. It was 5pm, on the website it says their hours are until 9pm. We were still a few hours out. They said the best they could do was allow us to camp in their parking lot and would not even give a partial refund. It was also very difficult to communicate with them as they spoke no English at all. Very disappointed and would not suggest staying there.

Wow! You must try at least once in your life!Can't be better than this!Activities planned for kids with staff to manage these activities, big pool with 2 slides, 2 parcs for kids, etc. All planned and done without these stupid big speakers yelling !It's clean, staff is so kind and helpfulFélicitations aux propriétaires, lâchez pas!

There are lots of activities to do like playing soccer, tennis, basketball, table-tennis, billar-pool, etc. Besides you can go hiking on the érablier which is around 5km long between all the trails. Finally, there is a pool with two water slides which are fun! What I didn't like though was that the biggest pool and the jacuzzi were closed when I was there and the beer was overpriced, you have to pay the price for running out of supplies!

Very nice familial camping with diverse activities for everyone. The staff is extremely nice and helpful.The space is enough to provide some privacy, even if this is not a camping in the wild experience. There are individual showers, a heated pool, kids playgrounds, a customized bus as a hangout spot for teens and a convenience store at the entrance with everything you need (water, firewood, some outdoor accessories...). The 8km/h limit onsite makes it safe for kids to play freely.This has more of a community vibe than wilderness or outdoor. If this is what you are looking for, it definitely is a good spot. Close to many hiking trails too.

The reason I give a 4 star is because I have not actually stayed there, I pass by when me and my wife go to her aunt's place near Piopolis though and it always looks so livery and fun.Being close to this wounderfull lake and with the view of the stars at night make it a great spot.
